I know it's waaaaaaaay too premature to be thinking about next year but this is just to get excited for Sasuke 31.
Who will receive the coveted #100 in the next Sasuke competition?
The current and two-time champion who dislikes the high pressure in Yuuji Urishihara?
The first closest to Kanzenseiha in the Sasuke RISING era in Ryo Matachi?
The youngest and one of the most prominent competitors in recent years, Morimoto Yusuke?
or
The most popular competitor and champion ever, Nagano Makoto?
Morimoto unexpectly received #3000 for his accomplishment so could Matachi possibly receive the highest number for his performance? Yuuji is still the most recent champion but has not received #100 since Sasuke 26. Or will Nagano continue to recieve his number?
Honestly, I think Nagano has been dethroned from wearing #100 as shown in Sasuke 30. Matachi Ryo should attain #100 for his performance in the previous competition but the producers have been known to randomly throw out numbers at times.
Thoughts?

Yuuji. Idc if he failed stage 2. 2 time champ. Learn to live up to the pressure.

Considering Morimoto got #3000, I am going to assume than from here on out, #1 furthest will get #100, so I am saying Ryo

#96 Morimoto #97 Yuuji #99 Ryo #100 Nagano

I basically agree with Robby here. Yuuji for one deserves it for winning twice and being fast forwarded a lot. I also think this because I know he doesn't like #100, but I remember reading something where it said Makoto Nagano also doesn't like #100 but learned to live with it, like Yuuji should.

I think Ryo will be 100, but here's what I think 90-100 will be.
100 Ryo 99 Kawaguchi (Spelling?) 98 Nagano 97 Morimoto 96 Kishinoto 95 Asa 94 Kanno 93 Yuuji 92 Hioki 91 Nagasaki 90 Li

I agree that Yuuji has to learn to wear it however I expect Ryo to get 100. I'd be very surprised if he didn't given how the 100 has been handled in Sasuke Rising.

Because of his unprecedented popularity, as well as his obvious connection to SASUKE and (arguably) great potential to do very well, Nagano will probably stay in the high 90s during the next tournament. Furthermore, Nagano has been either #99 or #100 in every tournament since SASUKE 12 (save SASUKE 18), and has been at least #96 since SASUKE 10; this fact makes it all-the-more difficult for me to see him any earlier than one of the final five to attempt Stage 1.
Morimoto and Yuuji (as well as Kawaguchi) are also almost certain to be in the mid to upper 90s due to their recent successes. Yuuji is probably the most likely one of these three to get #100 in SASUKE 31, but I'm still unsure about it due to his hesitation to handle the pressure.
I voted for Ryo, based primarily upon his recent success (Final Stage appearances in 27 and 30, and being the last man standing in 30) and incredible potential/passion to do well. It's to be determined, however, as to how much the pressure of #100 would affect him.

I voted for Ryo, but I honestly think nagano will get it because he is so respected for some unknown reason. (Just kidding people, calm down)

Must be a new person.. because if you have to explain Nagano.. then they haven't been watching (or cared for) Sasuke Japan at all. Sad. Just sad.

Nagano - he is the greatest! But Maybe a new trend has started with the best result previously getting the 100 so could be Ryo with Kawaguchi 99.

I think it will be Ryo, but I will not be surprised at all if they give it to Kazuma.
