I wonder if I should ask any of the Sasuke stars on Facebook if they will be at this place before it is officially opened? I really am bummed that I can't stay to be a part of the park opening.....but it would be nice if I could meet some of the stars if any are there over this upcoming week....

I don't see why you can't ask them through Facebook. Let them know your situation and I'm sure they will be happy to meet you!

I'll ask them soon, obviously not now though since it is almost 1 in the morning here in Japan. XD

Shingo, I'm pretty sure, will be there. He's mentioned it on his FB a couple of times. Didn't Ube say that Yamada will also be there a couple of times?

By that time he would have left Japan. He was asking if he could meet them before he left Japan. We are discussing 2 different weekends.

Ah, I see. Yeah, definitely ask Shingo. He's very approachable. He loves meeting with fans. He'd probably agree to meet with you.

Wow this looks awesome. Any information that anyone has on when which stars are going to be there would be fantastic. I know I'll be going for sure.

There will be a star on demonstration duty every Saturday. I unfortunately have no idea which star will be there on a given Saturday though. I'll be working as a tester on July 28th if anyone happens to pass by around that time.

I was at the park today. Took lots of photos and a video I'll show you all. Unfortunately the weather REALLY sucked, and I couldn't get into the actual park since it was staff only. I didn't really see much, although I do know I saw the cliff hanger, lamp grasper, balance tank (although it looked more like a barrel) and the rope climb. I actually didn't see the warped wall but I did see a giant hill climb.

Nope. Only staff members and a building crew. No important faces that I know of. The Toyosu Facebook page for the park favorited my Facebook post of the picture I took of the park, but they specifically told me the park is only currently open to staff members until it opens next week.

Understood. It seems exciting but unfortunately, way too far for me to see myself... I wish there more more events around SASUKE outside of the Asian area...

You could try to be a tester or help with setting it up maybe. Thanks for the video!!

Specifically July 19th to August 31st. They don't really explain the difference between a "free pass" ticket and an entry ticket. I'm assuming that the free pass ticket allows you to do whatever course you want (perhaps multiple times) and the cost of the entry ticket and a (single run) course ticket is somewhere between the cost of the two ticket types. Edited to add: The TBS link clears it up a bit - it is entry only ticket and course ticket but it doesn't explain exactly what the free pass ticket is other than that it is an all day ticket. The prices: Free pass adult: 4400 yen Free pass child: 3800 yen (Both are 400 yen off if you get tickets via 7-11 or online) Entry Only adult: 1300 yen Entry Only child: 1000 yen (200 yen off if you pre-order) They have their own twitter account: twitter.com/sasuke_toyosu4400 yen -> $43.43/$39.48 if get online 3800 yen -> $37.51/#33.56 if get online 1300 yen -> $12.83/$10.86 if you preorder 1000 yen -> $9.87/$7.90 if you preorder Holy Crap those are some expensive prices I see there!

If only I could go. If the SASUKE stars are there... then it's truly worth the hefty price tag...

Hell, those 'pads' for the Drum Hopper look far apart when you see them close up!, (or is it something else that just looks like the DH ?)
