Rewatching the vid. It's a shame no-one attempted to 'Kongo' the gap (or at least film it)

No offense to Rider.. but that "technique" has been around much longer. I know it's fun to claim an SMF technique but I had to say something about that. It was Tomino right?

You do realize I've been doing that CCH since 2011 right? How much longer has it been around? Because that was the first I heard of a turnaround cliffhanger jump, much less with that technique www.majhost.com/gallery/manaleader/AvatarXXTwenty9/theoriginalcchturnaround.png

Also Morimoto has had a proper turn around cliff for quite some time as well. edit: I forgot to add that it's been against the rules for the crazy cliffhanger too which is why you don't really see it done in videos.

Wait.. Rider.. you were serious? I'm sorry if this sounds harsh but they don't even know you exist much less copied you. They've also been filmed doing this back in the 2008 and (and yes Philip "one" of the guys was Tomino) has always had jumping versions of cliffs for years before it was ever on the show. Morimoto also had these even earlier and admitted to having a Crazy Cliff when the 2nd version of the cliff was invented almost 10 years ago.. Everyone who has had a jumping Cliff has tried different techniques including a turn around for longer thatn SMF has been in existence and well before 2011. It's natural to try every possible way to do something like a jumping obstacle. And yes it has been against the rules to do it on the reverse (not sure why, I didn't ask) which is why they haven't done it in competition. Please don't be so try to claim a technique on a show you haven't even been in over people who have had over a decade of experience and don't know you even exist. That's just vain.. and sad.
