If there is a champion in ANW6, I don't think it should be revealed on the boards. For one, that's a major NDA violation and someone could get fined serious bank if it leaks. (I mean, all results are NDA violations, but no one's going to fine anyone for knowing how far RiderLeangle gets.) For two, I was devastated last year when I saw that Arnold made the end of stage 3, not for the result itself but for the fact that any and all drama was sucked out of the final episode last year. NBC will make it known if there's a finalist, so can we leave it at that? At least if someone wants to spoil it, it should be tucked away in a place where I, and other people who don't want to know, won't inadvertently stumble upon it.

To me if it's in a spoiler thread or in spoiler tags it should be acceptable. I don't think anyone has to worry about fines either since most spoilers are revealed from people 3rd or 4th hand so it's not possible to trace it back and prove who leaked info. I would say if someone doesn't want to be spoiled then avoid the spoiler topics and don't read the spoiler tags. Someone always makes the same plea for Sasuke every year too. I don't see why this is any different.

If you don't want to know the results, stay out of the topics. It's pretty simple.

If you don't want to know the results, stay out of the topics. It's pretty simple. This. All of that information would be in the Vegas spoiler thread only. Anyone speaking about it or any other spoilers (even in spoiler tags) outside of the designated threads I would strongly support the admins to warn/ban (depending on severity). If you DON'T want to know about it (especially after it tapes) and you went into a spoiler thread then that's not our problem. That's yours.

Wouldn't say not share that but in the spoiler thread no reason to not share major news like that, I do suggest something that major earns a spoiler tag but honestly not needed in a spoiler thread

Personally, it kind of irks me when a user who supposedly wants to stay spoiler-free until the airing intentionally goes into a spoiler-filled board (and one that isn't even accessible to non-members). If that's not enough of a warning, you'd think that staying out of a thread which clearly has "SPOILERS" stated in its title, would give that user enough of a hint (the only exceptions to this idea is if a thread includes "NO SPOILERS" in its title). However, the icing on the cake is when these same users open up the spoiler tags in those threads and then complain about someone ruining the official airings for him or her. Really? A person stating and/or hinting at spoilers outside of spoiler-specific threads (whether it be accidental or intentional) is a whole other matter, but when you are given multiple warnings ahead of time about what information the area which you are about to access may contain, it's your own fault. The same is true for any forum, and doesn't even have to apply solely to confirmed information. For example, in regards to ANW6 results, this spoiler tag should have let you known that there will generally be some sort of relevant spoiler, leak, or rumor regarding information (which is yet to be publicly announced) right here. Also, if you're unsure about the potential content of a spoiler tag, it's as simple as not clicking on it. Sometimes it's unclear if someone is joking around or accidentally included an extra set of spoiler tags, but the same judgment should still stand---better safe than sorry.

By the way, I think I mentioned this before but on the proboards Android app (at least for my last two phones) the spoiler tag doesn't work.

Just put both Vegas threads up. One for the USA Final (I believe Friday/Saturday taping) and the Special (I believe on Sunday). My strong suggestion is to avoid that after Friday, June 13th and just participate in the conversation before that date. I believe the 3rd stage plus will be taped that Saturday. So if you still want to participate in the obstacles discussion and even early rounds just stop opening that thread starting that Friday night/Saturday morning. After that the only threads that have results will be that Vegas thread. Don't open it simple as that. Everyone else will be discussing any information that is provided included spoilers regardless of magnitude.

As I find out stuff I can share I'll post in the designated threads. For RC who's skiddish about the spoilers I gave a suggestion.
