I don't more, I'm more trying to figure out what that green stuff I can see around some of the white is. And also trying to figure out what the word "warm" means... So uhhm yeah how is the weather in St. Louis, especially at night? St Louis will be fine in April. We are still getting cold weather here for the time being, but it should be 70's by april depending on the day. Nights will probably be chilly, but certainly warmer than Denver and baltimore were last year. Also now I'm concerned... I feel one of the reasons I was picked in past years was because I was part of the smaller regions with less people signing up. I'm I am scheduled for St. Louis, I am most likely in a MUCH bigger pool. I think at this point I'd rather bite the bullet and spend the money to go to Dallas... but I know it's not my choice.

Well this year, since supposedly the Midwest region will not be going last, that gives us a chance to try for a walk-on spot in other cities. It really put on the pressure to get "the call" knowing your region was the last stop and walk-ons lining up close to a week early. On top of that, everyone from other regions coming to grab a position made it even more nail biting.

I wonder when they are going to announce the cities and dates. Usually by this time of year (meaning just about a week before the first region) they've announced at least the locations. I'm REALLY hoping to hear confirmation about Dallas as the next region, and sometime soon. Rather selfishly, because that's the reason that I'd compete in! I wouldn't mind it being much later in the schedule though to give me more time to heal/prepare, but I have a feeling it is up next.

I think Matt Iseman broke the news on twitter last year. I don't have twitter, but maybe someone who does can ask him if he knows anything so you guys can make travel plans and get time off work.

Well the ticket site has added Dallas, with the same dates as the rumored list, I feel like that pretty much confirms the legitimacy of that list.

If I'm not mistaken, that was the same location they used for ANW4 wasn't it?

Yes, the Cotton Bowl at Fair Park was where it was held for ANW4. I liked the venue personally, it is a great large complex with the old Cotton Bowl and a bunch of cool museums and things. Some cool buildings and architecture. Definitely a great location in Dallas.

Dallas calls have started. Joey Zavala (no relation to Bobby, and everyone has asked that ) got his call today.

Couple other folks have gotten a call too, starting I think last night and beginning again this morning. I think they'll be making a lot of calls today and tomorrow, So this is the nervous stretch for we South Central ninjas! *looks at the phone*

I still don't know where my region is. I hear that Kansas citizens are part of the Denver region, but I'm right on the border of Kansas and Missouri.
Apparently some arkansas people getting called down to dallas, and I'm not far from there either.
Of course St. Louis seems the most likely, but that scares me as the competitor pool for that region is probably ridiculous.

The tickets are free, and it's sort of a sign in thing, they've had those for a few seasons now actually.

I wonder why St louis is the only city with 3 days listed. I assume because the northeast guys are being shipped up there and it's a region in itself

I was told by casting that Northeast competitors are running in St. Louis on the 10th and 11th, but everything is, as always, subject to change. The casting guy I spoke with also agrees with us that this year's division of regions is ridiculous.
You and me, Rider. You and me.
