Have you heard of Lada Pridal or Adam Raw? They are also from the Czech but they do calisthenics not Ninja Warrior.
Just wanted to throw that out there lol

Thank you guys! Yes I know them, no personal, just from videos. Their project Seberevolta is very popular. Sasuke is our big dream and motivation for training, but we don't resources for air tickets...

Czech, do you have any work outs that focus mainly on grip strength and forearms? Or do you mainly just train on obstacles? Apreciate the videos and keep up the good work!

Mainly we train on obstacles. For example pull ups on cliffhanger or vertical limit. Sometimes we use spring-grip (I don't know, if it's the original name)

Ninjas, Floating boards are really difficult! First we trained it without ledges on the edge, but it was unbelievably difficult. So we added them and it's easier.

Very happy to see Czech community here on the forum (i am czech too),
I prefer calistenics and fitness training, the Czech community group of street workout and calistenics name is "SebeRevolta" Anyone can join. You mentioned Adam he is my friend and creator of this group. We are organize trainings, on YouTube is some videos of this trainings.
Ninja Warrior is not very popular in the Czech Republic.
