I think it's time remaining when they failed. All the failures on the Warped Wall or Rope Climb are marked 'time up', which would suggest that.

That probably makes sense..but there's the Rope Climb fail with 0.15 sec who came after the 'time ups' and some Tarzan Rope fails with times too...? Does that mean like 6 people actually fell in the water at the Tarzan Rope?
Eh, who knows. Not important, but just wondering.

It depends if they were counting the Tarzan Rope as an obstacle, or whether it was actually that one with several vertical elasticated ropes, where a few people managed to fall in the water. That obstacle was in 12 but not 13, so I'm not sure if it would have been in the trials.

From what I heard the trials from 13 was the first stage from 12

Okay, then I suppose it makes sense for the times to be time remaining at fail. That would mean that one person actually hit the water with 0.15 secs left after "starting" the Rope Climb, which is certainly unusual but not unfeasible.

and at sasuke 13, u can see most, if not, all the obstacles (not all at once tho)
