If anybody can find more pictures of SASUKE 29 (I only found 1, attached it), PLEASE post it here.
P.S. If anybody knows if it has recorded yet or when it's gonna record, PLEASE tell me!

I asked Shingo on Facebook (via PM) for the exact dates of Sasuke 29. He responded "Saturday Sunday 2day." Yes, he answered in English. He's really good about answering me in English. Anyway, Sasuke 29 will take place this weekend, Saturday into Sunday Japan time.

One more thing, between the days, are they gonna stay at an hotel or just do an all-nighter?

Starting at 10 am and going on until they finish (usually between 2-4 am) for a good 18+ hour day. Only ANW stops between days. Sasuke has always been a marathon.

Moving on we don't need 4 split threads on nothing. Stick to new photos and move on.

So now this is making me confused! I thought they had a plain Rope Climb in 28 and changed the Final Stage without a Kanzenseiha WTF?
Also, I think they'll put a G-Rope or a new rope obstacle after the Spider Climb, NOT a plain Rope Climb!

hamanahamanahamanahamanahamanahamanahamanahamanahamanahamanahamanahamanahamanahamanahamanahamana I'm in complete shock. I wonder if it's changed in height at all. Seems like its 25m? Then again i used my fingers to measure the gap from 15m to 20m, then from 20m to the last marker EDIT: just took a closer look, 24m is my guess

As long as final stage is not revealed officially on the show, i dont see any problem with this.

And Rising got a lot more interesting. True story. While I would hate to see a Final Stage clear so soon after Yuuji's second win, I would love to see this Final Stage attempted in the upcoming tournament. The 5-17 Final Stage is IMO the toughest of all of them so far, and its reincarnation as Rising's Final Stage (albeit a meter or two taller) will be perfect as long as the time limit remains at 30 seconds. That way, even if competitors like Yuuji and Ryo are able to clear the new Stage 3, they'll still have to face a Final Stage which will arguably be even tougher for them to complete for quite a while. (I apologize if the next part is a bit off-topic, though it's not entirely unrelated and still has a very strong focus on SASUKE.) In a similar sense to the 5-17 era, I hope that the course is modified slightly upon competitors reaching/failing this new Final Stage. In other words, if too many competitors are able to adjust to the course (and Stage 3 in particular), then the course designers should in turn gradually amp up the difficulty of the course by incorporating several more challenging obstacles and/or obstacle combinations. It would be fairly similar to the changes made to Stage 3 between SASUKE 8 and SASUKE 9, or between SASUKE 13 and SASUKE 14. However, I don't want it to go to the extreme of what we saw between Stage 3 of SASUKE 24 and Stage 3 of SASUKE 25---that's a bit too much too soon if you ask me. I'd still like to see at least one person getting past the Cliffhanger in each tournament, just like what we saw in the 5-17 era. Additionally, I know it's probably more wishful thinking than anything, but I just want Takeda to finally pass Stage 3. I believe that he deserves it more than any other competitor who is yet to reach the Final Stage. His window of opportunity is likely closing more and more with each new tournament, and it'll be so improper and a bit upsetting if he never does so.

I think with the slight increase, it'll be 35 seconds.

Frankly I'd love to see a taller rope climb on it (i.e. 12m Spider Climb 12m Rope Climb). I don't know why but 10m feels a little short to me. But then, Yuuji

I wish they had stuck with this after 18 really at same times its Nagano's final no one else should be conquering it, on the other hand i'd rather see this than just a rope again. And maybe there is still some kind of modern twist to this version yet? I'll go with it hoping maybe something extra to it too maybe parts of the spider walls move? or a harder rope be something anyway.
