I was wondering because both of them were surprisingly not in 28 even though both have a good chance of going all the way.

Only time will tell. I would LOVE for them to come back but it really depends on whether TBS will invite them back. One positive thing though is that both were in trials again (just as they were in 28's auditions) so the opportunity for their return is higher. Whether the political winds blow in that direction is another thing.

I hope so too because i have no doubt they both could get past the first two stages of 28.

Well, Kenji was at 28, he just didn't compete. Some consolation.

Being there and running aren't really the same... I was in the audience for an ANW5 regional but that didn't get me to Midoriyama. Granted that's a much different level than a fan favorite being at a closed set But I'm just using it as an example of the fact that being there isn't as meaningful ad competing would be (also just saying... Even if I couldn't run it was still an amazing experience but that's a story for another forum on the site and after NDA is lifted )

I like both of them but i'm more into Okuyama returning than Takahashi. The SASUKE sprinter still has it in the tank!
