Not the Pole Maze, that looks like the Hariyama (g4 name "Eye of the Needle" but real translation is Pincushion). It was in Sasuke 1 but the poles were flexible, these look stationary.
Denver definitely looks like the easiest of the regions this year. Not sure if the Delta Bridge is accurate or is a stationary Unstable Bridge but it definitely is simpler than the Nunchuk Swing, Ring Cross (which was simple but took more grip and technique) and pegboard thing from miami

Thanks, corrected it. So you're basically swinging/jumping from pole to pole...doesn't sound very hard.

Man I wish they had that course in Venice Beach. The Venice course was the hardest looking at all the other ones now. It also took out the most people before the wall.

Thanks, corrected it. So you're basically swinging/jumping from pole to pole...doesn't sound very hard. Yeah, especially since (at least in japan) you're allowed to grip them with your legs too. The cliffhanger seemed easy but was still harder than this, really a letdown after the Body Prop and Iron Paddler

The Jump Hang Kai looks like it has only 1 net (on the left). It looks like there's an obstacle between the Salmon Ladder and the Pincushion.

The kai can be done with one net, two was an option, they just went with the lesser used side.
As for something between the SL and Pincushion, that's how it was in all regions, Venice had the Rope Maze, Baltimore had the Rumbling Dice, Miami had the... uhhm... I dunno... Some kind of floating board spider flip hybrid...
Someone said Downwards Lamp Grasp was there

Tips on how to beat these obstacles? Not sure on what to do for that bridge. Wasn't the biggest Kunoichi watcher.

Apparently only 400 people out of 10,000 applicants got call backs (this is the total for all regions combined). Wow, only 4% acceptance rate. We knew this dynamic was coming as soon as it hit NBC though. Still, sad to see so many people not getting a chance to live their dreams.

I guess I should look at is as getting a chance for revenge... Still upset that the only region it showed up in ended up being mine - what are the odds. 25%

Most competitors just did long jumps over the holes and cleared it in 3 big steps, others tried to just hop across with one foot on each side which was more dangerous since some competitors messed up but many others found success, I dunno how big the ANW version is. I think there is a komiya vid still on YT that demonstrates it.
Note: This is as a Kunoichi watcher, This may be bad in ANW, I am not there and have no experience, this is a legal post that does not break any NDA

There are definitely two nets for the Jump Hang there. The perspective just makes it look like one. You can see the near end of the net on the right side of the obstacle.

The triple unstable bridge might be harder than the peg board just because you won't have a fully closed grip like you did around the pegs. It will all depend on if they are on chains and swing. If they are stationary I see some people still having issues but not as much if they are moving. Rolling log is cool, just squeeze hard, doesn't look like you will soon more than 3 times down the track.

It's not the Unstable Bridge based on the pic, they look like and extended version of the Delta Bridge from Sasuke 16 with jumps, they do look stationary. Honestly due to them being on round supports and not triangular the G4 name "Grip Hang" actually works better for reference sasukepedia.wikia.com/wiki/Delta_Bridge

To me it looks like devil steps except with rods, so you can swing from one to the next monkey-bar style.

It probably looked like 1 because they're probably different colors. Also, I found this shot of the JHK in SASUKE RISING and this probably explains why I thought ANW's JHK had only 1 net! (2 Nets BUT Looks Like 1!)
