Just heard a new line formed tonight with people who hadn't been waiting there since Wednesday.... Hope the ones who were there the longest still run the course.

I would imagine "the show must go on"... I can't really think of any alternatives. They can't delay it by much because they have so many people to run in 1 night. They can't postpone it because that would be unfair to people who traveled from far away, or those that have to return to work on Monday.

it looks like this line fiasco is going to carry over to other regions. Do your best on the course with condition you're dealt!!

Yes. A new line formed while the previous line went to rest and some of the people who were on the original line are on the new line and aren't helping the people on the old line get their spot back. It's complete crap.
Suggestion for others:
Take turns resting nearby the course. 3 or 4 people stay by the course and switch off every 4 hours or something. That way if more people come and try to start a new line, 2 can get in line and the others can go back and get everyone else that was in line. Only way to keep your spots because the new people aren't going to believe the old line if they aren't there. Anyone could have signed a paper with names and times on it.

I see it like this: the guys who got there Wednesday night and sign the list have no say so because they weren't suppose to be there. Hence, the reason why they had to Leave and in turn removing their person from the position they once held in line. When it was okay for people to start lining up the list signers wanted their spots back? To me those spots are voided because they were create at the wrong time. Some that signed the list were eager enough 2 get up early in the morning and return to the line securing a spot in top 20. Just my thought.

Well I may or may not have seen two groups of competitors when I may or may not have been somewhere possibly near a potential course.

Im sorry but is wetness like a main concern.? I mean there have been Sasuke tournament(s) that are wayyyy worse wet than a few splashes on the obstacles...

I can imagine a wet body prop might be a problem

The list lost the battle but won the war.

FYI: The Orioles game is at a rain delay, this cannot be good news for the ANW runners

I heard that they have covered all the obstacles with a tarp for now. Not sure what they're going to do if the rain don't stop.

Comrade post. Runs are delayed and will start at 4 pm. I wonder if they will run finals after a short break of prelims. Long day for ninjas.

But I'm not allowed to say anything but I will say this, if there is any course that should not be run wet, it's Baltimore's, maybe, or maybe not... who knows...
