Congratulations Mjyr1! Your benefit will be revealed later. For now... Proto SASUKE Episode 3 (Semifinals)And before any of you ask, no, I made no changes to the Jump Hang. I have no idea why it took out so many people.

Okay, so I have decided to NEVER write the trials episodes again. I have reached my absolute limit with Proto ANW. While I will do it again (possibly with the ANW5 courses), I really want to get Proto SASUKE rolling again. Therefore, here are your ANW Finals results:
(New obstacles were the Ultimate Cliffhanger, Pipe Slider, and 10m Rope Climb.) 16. Thomas Hall - Salmon Ladder (Jump) 15. Levi Meeuwenberg - Ultimate Cliffhanger (5th ledge) 14. Stephen Volcko - Unstable Bridge (2nd board) 13. Andrew Lowes - Jump Hang 12. Lorin Ball - Unstable Bridge (2nd board) 11. Paul Kasemir - Unstable Bridge (1st board) 10. Luis Moco - Snake Bridge 9. Danny Johnson - Ultimate Cliffhanger (3rd ledge) 8. William Spencer - Snake Bridge 7. David "Flip" Rodriguez - Salmon Ladder (3rd rung) 6. Caine Sinclair - Ultimate Cliffhanger (5th ledge) 5. Ryan Stratis - Ultimate Cliffhanger (6th ledge) 4. Dustin Rocho - Salmon Ladder (3rd rung) 3. Dan Mast - Jump Hang 2. Jared Woods - Ultimate Cliffhanger (2nd ledge) 1. Brent Steffensen - Ultimate Cliffhanger (5th ledge)
YOUR PROTO SASUKE 3 QUALIFIERS: 1. Ryan Stratis 2. Brent Steffensen 3. Levi Meeuwenberg 4. Caine Sinclair 5. Danny Johnson 6. Jared Woods 7. Lorin Ball 8. Stephen Volcko
Mjyr1 was the only one with three, so he will get to pick his number for Proto SASUKE 4! (between 1 and 90)
THEREFORE, here is a NEW schedule of events.
Live Proto SASUKE 3 Preview: Friday, April 19 at 8 PM EST in the chat Proto SASUKE 3 Release Date: Sometime next weekend
Proto SASUKE 4 will come shortly after that, followed by a few special tournaments.
EDIT: Just ran Proto SASUKE 3. You guys are going to LOVE it! First Stage got a lot harder!

Hmm... I just realized a way that I could make a public release of v0.4... Would there be any interest in me throwing up a "demo" verison?

I meant to say what says on the quote box. Spoiler You made the broadcast really funny by saying I'm a ninja! There's a 95% chance I would have gone that far if I actually competed!

Don't know how many of you scrolled to the end, but I'd like to reveal the first trial for Proto SASUKE 4... SASUKE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS!32 international SASUKE competitors will be competing for 2 spots in Proto SASUKE 4. However, there will be a third slot... FOR ONE OF YOU! Here is the bracket for the competition. ( And courtesy of Philip, here's a printable version.) In order to win the first SMF trials spot, you will have to fill out a bracket. The highest scoring bracket will win a spot into Proto SASUKE 4. Based on participation, I may allow multiple SMF winners. BONUS GAME: If you correctly predict both winners, you will win 10 consecutive entries to Proto SASUKE plus a stat boost! IMPORTANT: While this is a double elimination bracket, there will not be a true "finals". Once all but two people have been eliminated, the tournament is over. Thus, your "winners bracket" should have a winner and your "losers bracket" should have a winner, but they will not face each other to determine a champion. If you need explanation on how a double elimination tournament works, Wikipedia is your friend.YOUR BRACKETS ARE DUE: WEDNESDAY, MAY 1 AT 8 PM EASTERN. They may be submitted by PM or here on the forum. Good luck!!! EDIT: To clear up some confusion, the competitors will be going head-to-head on a custom designed time trial course using SASUKE obstacles. They will be penalized time for not completing an obstacle, but a competitor cannot advance on their opponents' failure of an obstacle. EDIT 2: If you want to use Challonge to build your bracket, you can sign up, create a bracket, and add the following seeds in bulk IN THIS ORDER: Isaiah How Singapore Jonathan Hwa Malaysia Brian Orosco United States Alan Zhang Singapore Paul Kasemir United States Miska Sutela Finland Mohammed Sufian Malaysia David Rodriguez United States Jenson Ngoh Singapore Rifdi Abdullah Singapore Nick Nazri Malaysia Ryan Stratis United States Tim Shieff England Luc Kuruneru France Drew Drechsel United States Juho Vilponen Finland Roger Marsh Singapore Chris Wilczewski United States Richard King New Zealand Charles Chen Taiwan Bobby Ologun Nigeria Derek Nakamoto United States James August Eddy Canada Wan Jen China Narintoraga Mongolia Irubudo Etin Burkina Faso Josh Estock United States Wangku Nur Brunai Jun Pe South Korea Pak Bo-Kyung South Korea Ku Honpei China Darvish Mohammed Egypt

Out of curiosity, is anyone actually going to do a bracket? I'm beginning to question if people are following this anymore.

UPDATE:
Philip (our Assistant Director) and I have decided to simulate all the tournaments until the next kanzenseiha. Tournaments will be written after we simulate a kanzenseiha. Obviously I can't release details on how many tournaments have been simulated.
Ryan Stratis was the winner of SASUKE World Championships. Drew Drechsel came in 2nd. In addition, Isaiah How, David Rodriguez, and Nick Nazri were invited as wild cards. Full bracket will be released in the next few days.
