So as we all speculate as to what will happen between the all stars, the next generation all stars, and everything else inbetween, I wanna know what you guys think about how the course will be before we even see how the competitors do.
Personally, I think it will be very difficult, but I doubt it will be the hardest one yet. Especially if they want to go out with a bang with the all stars running one last time, I just don't see them making a course that is the hardest one to date.

I think it'll be around Sasuke 16 difficulty.

As far as the first stage goes, I think it's fairly easy. The only things that jump out at me are the spin bridge and the double net jump hang obstacle. Those could take out anyone.

I think the CCH is easier than the UCH.

I think the course will be "CRAZY" !! I'm still not over how ridiculous that obstacle sounds. LOL

I think this will not be as hard as 25 or 26, but might be the hardest other than those two.
The First Stage, unless it has a very stringent time limit, is not difficult in comparison to other SASUKEs. There is only one new obstacle and the endurance factor has been toned down with the focus on technique obstacles. However, this could definitely be a tough speed course with a strict time limit.
The Second Stage is probably the hardest in SASUKE history, however. The first obstacle is still a mystery, though probably will be some balance/speed obstacle. The Swap Salmon Ladder is tough, though. The Unstable Bridge is still a drainer/time killer, and the Spider Walk and Backstream are no pushovers. This Second Stage is much more strength/endurance based than previous stages, and I expect this stage's time limit to be much more than the First Stage's.
The Third Stage isn't as bad as 25's, but it's tougher than 27's and probably 26's as well. I don't think anyone will clear the Crazy Cliffhanger because of lack of experience with the obstacle, and even if someone does clear it the back half of Stage 3 will probably chew them up and spit them out.
The Final Stage is tough as always.
What makes this course so tough in my opinion is the amped-up Second Stage. The second stage is almost all strength/endurance except for the first obstacle (I presume), which has never been done before. Furthermore, the last two obstacles are both time-wasters rather than technique obstacles, which makes the Second Stage's time limit that much scarier.

I agree with the above, I expect stage 2 to eliminate a LOT.

I like this course. The second stage does seem challenging but it's a bit strange without the metal spin. Imagine the metal spin after the water obstacle. Maybe have competitors dry their hands with a towel and put gloves on for the metal spin to not make it wet and impossible to hang on to for the next competitor. That would be really hard from all the extra weight on you from soaking clothes.

I have 9/4/0/0 for the result. I don't think we're looking at a 27-style clearing spree.

I said very difficult (Since every Sasuke is difficult in my opinion), but not the most difficult.
For the First Stage, I'm expecting around fifteen or so clears. Most likely around 25's difficulty in my opinion. The killer obstacles of this stage will definitely be the Spin Bridge and the Modified Jump Hang. I'm expecting to see shorter guys like Nagano struggle on the new version of the Jump Hang, while older and less agile competitors to have a sketchy time on the Spin Bridge such as Yamada. As for the Rolling Escargot and Double Warped Wall, you either have it or you don't at this point. The time limit also appears fairly lenient to me.
Now the Second Stage is where I expect a great deal of damage. I say one third of the competitors here fail due to either timing out or crashing on the Swap Salmon Ladder. Honestly the Reverse Conveyor + Backstream + Wall Lift combo is brutal and really brings back the "Speed" attribute necessary for the Second Stage. Overall, I'm expecting (depending on the amount of First Stage clears) one fourth to one third of the competitors in this stage clearing.
I honestly find the Third Stage very weak and if the right competitors get there, a complete joke...
Final Stage is unknown.

I like how this course looks. First stage is very interesting (i think that cannonball run will troll lot of competitors, and so will that double jump hang). second stage looks difficult also.
