Maybe they saw how people liked seeing clears throughout (rather then all towards the end) and based them on that

I hope that some of the people in the first half (other than Koji) are serious contenders to clear the First Stage and maybe even beyond. After all, a lot of these people are in their 20s or 30s, and some of them are probably qualifiers. Besides, in 27, it was neat getting to see a few people with low numbers clearing (we've only had a handful of people clearing Stage 1 with starting positions below #40 between Sasuke 5 and 26, and often we didn't even see the first clear until considerably later on).
Also, I have no clue how I remember this, but wasn't #64 (Kenji Yoshizaki) #1 in Sasuke 19?

Agreed, I love seeing the clears spread out, that makes it even more special and proves the point of the show that anyone can clear Also upon checking, it seems so, that or there is one hell of a coincidence with two people with the same name having the same job in the same area

I hope they show the runs in order this time.

They show the bulk in the correct order, it's not at G4 levels. In the case of 26 for one, that was a special case, it made for better TV to show the only Japanese clear after everyone else failed.

Btw.. I thought we've been through this. "88" in Japan is a number held in high esteem. It's the next best thing next to 100

Are you talking Stage 2? Because the Stage 1 order was kinda f***ed too but there were 4 japanese competitors in Stage 2 Btw.. I thought we've been through this. "88" in Japan is a number held in high esteem. It's the next best thing next to 100 Ah, thanks for clearing that up, it was mentioned earlier as being the case for China but nothing about it being the same in Japan was mentioned. Although this still doesn't excuse that Kaneko got 90

Stage 2, point still stands. I don't mind messing with competitor order if it means you see clears more spread out.
Rider, Hiromichi Sato got 96-99 at various points, you're thinking too much into this.

Yeah, I'll agree, as long as it's a few here and there and not full on G4ing and just ordering everyone by result (which is worse since it defeats the purpose ) Well.. that was because he pretty much was the celeb power the show had during that time... And even then he didn't f*** up the DSL so bad he flipped halfway around OK that's still bad he ever got such high numbers but he still did do better than Kaneko as much a I hate to say it XD

Sakurako ?? <-- was never confirmed to be on the main show. Only that they made it through the 1st round of auditions. Sugimura Taizou <-- is on the list at 61. Mikata Tatsumi? <-- Is more than likely Tatsumi Mikado. The name Mikata Tatsumi is based on what someone heard during one of the trailers. Ryuchi Ohura <-- is on the list at 63.
Machine translation does not work well with names (as a placeholder it is fine though). Sugimura and Ohura are celebs whose names were easily verifiable yet plugging their kanji into a translation program turns up something different.

Just going on record, I may be wrong about "mikata", that's just what it sounded like to me upon hearing the commercial.

If you have some way of verifying the question marks, let us know. I am pretty confident about the ones without marks.
There are some cases where I matched the profile pictures against facebook photos. One person was conveniently holding up a SASUKE towel. Others have web presences in the form of blogs or professional websites. There are a number of people who had a cup of coffee with SASUKE before which is interesting.
Also, do we really need spoilers? The reason we used to have them was because of the way TBS kept lots of information secret. In this case they are giving us the information.

3 questions(all about the same person)
1) Who is Yuuya Fukuda? 2) Why do I feel like I've heard that name before? 3) The hell does "man with a fortune of 4" mean?
3 is most important here.
