And Sasuke Malaysia 2, but that also isn't really confirmed for someone having a spot in 28

In other words, if you do not see Mr. Amano show up during the broadcast or get digested really fast, do not be shocked. My thoughts exactly.. ;D As for the other stuff.. There will be Americans I can assure that. No idea who they will be though. And I was told 1 from each SM and SS. There was some confusion as to who it was going to be though. Haven't heard anything recent though.

Awww, no Bunpei? Is he at least going to go watch? Did this just come up? Nagano said all 6 were competing.

Too bad Is it like a permanent injury or something? I wasn't given a specific injury though we've known then blew out his back a few years back and has had constant problems with it. More recently he injured his knee and had to have surgery to repair damage. Could be one of those two or a combination of them. His back though was pretty serious and Docs have had a hard time pinpointing the problems that caused his pain. So unfortunately that part could be permanent. Enough to cause problems in doing a strenuous and dangerous event like Sasuke.

Honestly I can't say I'm surprised... He's had these injuries for a while, and the last time he tried competing he landed back first on rollers, that couldn't help it at all... So I can understand not risking it. TBH I expected a Sasuke 24 situation (All 6 All Stars attend, 5 compete and Bunpei stays on the sidelines, hopefully better results this time though)

Would Bunpei consider doing the First Stage and opting out of the Second Stage if it's too dangerous? That way he at least gets to run the course one last time.

Would Bunpei consider doing the First Stage and opting out of the Second Stage if it's too dangerous? That way he at least gets to run the course one last time. Stage 1 is just as likely to injure someone as Stage 2 would... if anything it's MORE likely... Hell... Last stage 1 we had injured at least two people (Kanno Hitoshi's shoulder injury by the Spin Bridge and Drew Dreschel's infamous knee injury at the hands of the HPA) and had an accident that could have injured or even killed someone (luckily the guy was fine but when the Escargot comes off the tracks and almost lands on top of you in the water that's a serious matter...), and this isn't even talking about all the past injuries in tournaments, this is just 27... Oh... and TBS, if you're reading this... don't get scared about the show... let it live...

There is no way I can confirm this but judging by Ryo's last video at the Sendai event it appears Ryouma made it through as well.
