I think the only thing they wanted was to make sure you didn't have copyrighted music and that to use caution and don't do anything dangerous.. But of course many did both.. I'm curious as well Ube.. though I honestly believe it's because they are going to replace all the obstacles that people have in their backyards thus rendering them obsolete in the new course __________ Btw I emailed the director yesterday and asked if the show will be changed (and I was specific about it as I could on twitter..) and he wrote back! Fundamentally, it does not change. however -- New area which is surprised is added.

Well most of the ones we see with copyrighted music may be the youtube (or other host) versions, and they sent the g4 stock music version in. TBH that's what I would have done lol Btw I emailed the director yesterday and asked if the show will be changed (and I was specific about it as I could on twitter..) and he wrote back! Fundamentally, it does not change. however -- New area which is surprised is added. This sounds interesting, Either we're getting another stage (not what I think, just saying it first), or more likely we're getting a bonus area attached to a stage... Kind of like how the first two Viking tournaments had the Heartbreaker at the very end of the Adventure Stage even though it was an untimed section after you completed the Adventure Stage.

No Idea but I addressed the elephant in the room - the international entries.. this is what he said. It is conditions that it can participate in the audition performed in Tokyo and Osaka . Please apply to the homepage of TBS. I asked if it applies to the USA, Singapore and Malaysia.. we'll find out shortly.. unless he doesn't know of the political landmine he just tripped..

I just asked him if all the obstacles will be changed, or if only some of them will be.

Just as long as they keep most of the "classics" (Warped Wall, Jump Hang/Jumping Spider, Salmon Ladder, Wall Lift, Cliff Hanger), I'm fine with them changing everything else.

I say either modify the Wall Lift or take it out.

Shingo Yamamoto will pass Stage 1.
When the betting thread comes up, I am betting this.

I just asked him if all the obstacles will be changed, or if only some of them will be. You wasted your question on obstacles? Since when is TBS (or M9 before them) ever open about their obstacles? That's the whole part of the show that they keep strict confidentiality... ESPECIALLY on a revamp episode.. /facepalm

They're secretive between normal tournaments... You really expect info on a renewal so major they're giving it a new name in the press releases for first submissions? lol

Yeah he was really missed at 25. Remember how well he has done on renewals on the first stage. If he gets to the Warped Wall, I think he'll beat the obstacle. He has never failed the WW two tournaments in a row.

That's assuming the Soritatsu Kabe is even the way it has been... it may be renewed as well... It could be that version from the sketches before 25 for all we know...

I really hope it's that version, the cylinder bridge thing was sweet as well. I'm not sure if they're going to go with that thing... Rising or not, this is Sasuke, not Wipeout And even then the obstacle is a bit easy, just step on the top and jump off fast and it won't spin you off, and with the closer distance it's easier than the Spin Bridge in that sense (not to mention the fact if they do space it out, that makes it dangerous)

I think the pendulum swing should be the last obstacle of either Stage 1 or 2.

Are we talking this thing? Because if we are that's really not practical

I mean it's not practical because of the obstacle itself. It's too awkward in construction.

I think I saw a rope swing- Jumping Spider when they were showing the sketches. Wouldn't be surprised if that made it in.
