So...what did you guys think of him overall? I was surprised to see him fail that early, but it was nice to see him again in general. I couldn't help but also think how epic those rainbows were on him LOL.

I couldn't help but also think how epic those rainbows were on him LOL. Not nearly as epic as the daisy duke cutoff jorts he was sporting. On second thought, maybe epic isn't quite the right word for the shorts. ;D

You don't need good footing, you need good technique.

I was glad to see him back, but is it me or was he smaller than before?

Definitely not as much mass and much lower body fat %. Leaner and meaner. No wait, not with those suspenders and jorts.

It was good to see him back. Too bad he couldn't go further.

Nakiyama rocked those suspenders! It was disappointing to see him fail so early on. Still, now that he's apparently mended bridges, maybe we'll see more of him in the future.

I was wondering why there was so much footage of him. What do you mean by "mended bridges?"

I was wondering why there was so much footage of him. What do you mean by "mended bridges?" Sorry for the delay in an answer. My laptop decided to crash, so I haven't been on for a while. Basically, the reason Nakiyama has been absent since Sasuke 15 was apparently (this is all hearsay, but it is from Sasuke fans) because of a falling-out he had with higher-ups at M9. However, seeing as he competed in this tournament, I'm hoping that that is a sign that whatever went down between him and M9 is all forgiven, and that he'll show up more in the future. Another good sign out of that is the fact that there have been several contestants who have stopped showing up due to M9 issues, such as Kane Kosugi and Shunsuke Nagasaki. If Nakiyama is back, despite his issues, I'm hoping that opens the door for Kane Kosugi and Shunsuke Nagasaki. They both have huge potential. Well, hopefully. Kosugi's been out of Sasuke for 10 years now, so that could be a problem.
