No one can say it was a setup to win, no one can blame his footwear choice, that is just straight up pure domination of a course. I am so happy for Yuuji.

Nagano is still the best ever but Yuuji deserved the win although the final stage was still too easy.
Im happy he won and fair play to him but he just felt the most anticlimatic because he only just won.

Could you give the guy credit for once without adding some sort of asterisk? Just once?

what's his reward? I think it ended without much cheering and anticipation.

Still too easy final but wouldnt care he deserve it too and its been 5 years now so fair game!
They really got to think in 28 though I knew the 3rd stage was too easy post the UCH.

I'm very happy for Yuuji for winning again. Hopefully now all of those skeptics see that he is in fact a true athlete deserving of the title of Grand Champion two-fold.

I really didn't think he'd do it a second time, very impressed. From the HD trailer showing a Kanzenseiha I really thought it was Nagano that was going to get the clear.

They obviously have to change the final stage and add something extra to end of stage three.
Nagano vs Yuuji? Not fair considering Nagano doesn't have access to an UCH. Yuuji proved he is the most complete competitor.

But G4! The first stage was so easy! The time limit was super leniant! And stage 3 omg don't even get me started! UCH is the only part of it that's hard! If it wasn't there stage 3 wouldn't even be a stage. Omg I can't believe the second half of stage 3, it's ridiculously easy.
The pipe slider has more traction, the nunchuks are short, the jumping rings are short, the ropes omg don't even get me started on those!
And the final stage... it's shorter! 20m? WHAT WHERE THEY THINKING. It should be 22.5 M!!!!
And the time limit?!!!! 40 seconds!!!!!!!! Are they nuts? Might as-well give him an hour!!!!
If you didn't know by now, I'm kidding. Yuuji has surpassed human limits.

I think having Ryo there with him helped Yuuji a lot. Yuuji was still nervous, but cheering on Ryo might have made him remember when Sasuke was a joy for him. Mad props to them both.

Think they'll finally acknowledge that UNCL exists?

Not a chance, would have been perfect now since he and Ryo were in the same final together.
