Simple question, who is the weakest member of team america?

This is honestly a REALLY tough question. I voted Jake Smith.
He didn't make it into the top 15 originally, and he failed quite a few obstacles at bootcamp.

I think you may need to put 'spoiler' in the title or name it 'weakest link of final 10 americans' or something.

I think it is a toss up between Stratis and Smith, but I voted for Smith because he seemed to be much more winded when he completed all the obstacles.

Very tough call. Jake messed up a couple times, but he came through huge on the final challenge tonight. So unbelievable of a job by Blue Monkeys.
I will say this: Flip was by far the most surprisingly impressive to me. I honestly thought he was going to be one of the worst due to upper body strength, but he might even be in our top 5.

I would consider this to be a very rough outline of the power rankings heading into Sasuke 27...
1. David Campbell
2. Paul Kasemir 3. Brent Steffensen
4. Ryan Stratis 5. Travis Furlanic 6. Travis Rosen
7. Flip Rodriguez 8. James McGrath 9. Drew Dreschel 10. Jake Smith

Flip only messed up on one obstacle the entire time, and has more athleticism than Stratis (no offense to him). I might switch Furlanic and Rosen around, too, after Furlanic's performance tonight. But otherwise I agree with your list.

I agree with that order if those two are switched as well. I think him completing the semi-finals was just as much luck as it was skill since that unstable bridge was nothing short of a mess and no doubt others could have beat it under conditions not overly stacked against the competitors.

It was all skill. I think he's one of the best (top 5), skill wise we've ever seen from an American (Levi, David, Brian, Brent and Ryan, in no order ofcourse)

Strat is a beast at upper body obstacles but I gotta say I cringe a little when I watch him do other things. He CLEARLY belongs in the company of the other top 10 but I think his runs usually lack the fluidity and coordination of some of the others. He would shine in the 2nd and 3rd stages though.

Poor Jake, everyone is voting for him.
I still think he's an amazing athlete.
Now who is that darn auction winner.

Have to agree that although Jake is good he really needs to work on endurance.

Well here are the overall numbers from Boot Camp... which should matter just as much as reputation alone. For people who ran a team relay twice, I took their time on the first run. There were 11 total obstacles over the course of 4 team relays. Special thanks to TCM for compiling the individual relay times from Boot Camp.
1. David Campbell - 8:19 (1 fail) 2. James McGrath - 9:20 (2 fails) 3. Flip Rodriguez - 9:58 (2 fails) 4. Paul Kasemir - 10:21 (2 fails) 5. Ryan Stratis - 11:04 (2 fails) 6. Travis Furlanic - 11:09 (3 fails) 7. Jake Smith - 11:33 (3 fails) 8. Travis Rosen - 13:51 (4 fails) 9. Brent Steffensen - 14:04 (3 fails) 10. Drew Dreschel - 15:04 (7 fails) 11. Brian Orosco - 15:37 (4 fails) 12. Alan Connealy - 15:52 (5 fails)

I guess I would have assumed his other runs were fast, too.

Brent also frequently took the heaviest rope/tire/etc, though.
