I can see it fine in my QuickTime player, it's just jumpy so I have to constantly rewind to make sure what exactly you're doing, but I personally got the gist of it.

Double post just in case.
Also, what is the best way to stop streaming once you're done with what you want?

Double post just in case. Also, what is the best way to stop streaming once you're done with what you want? Press stop in vlc to stop the stream from recording.

My video, when I play it back seem very choppy.

While mine plays, but no video is there (it's labeled .mp4). It's not the player itself (because I played a .mp4) just in case and it played fine.
EDIT: I forgot to change the profile, but now mine is very choppy as well.

65 FPS?
Anything over 30 is unnecessary filesize

SA seems to have a good method of recording That was with CamStudio, but I wouldn't recommend it because it can be very choppy when there's a lot of movement, like in stages 1 and 2.EDIT: Just tried it, and it seemed to work ok. As I said earlier, it's called CamStudio.
