What is the earliest entry number to be the first in an unbroken string of first stage clears up to and including #100, and who wore it?

If it has to be up to and including 100, then #95. It happened twice, in 11, Daisuke Nakata wore it, and in 12, it was Toshihiro Takeda.

Cool. Wtf, I had to go back 10 pages to find this, but now I'm at Sasuke 13 - Stage 3. How many times has Sasuke been aired as its own program (i.e. not as a special of Banzuke or Taiiku Ookoku)?

Name all the American Olympic Gold Medalists who have competed on Sasuke and rank them in order of who went farthest into the course down to whoever went the shortest into the course.
