I'm gone for an hour and a fight erupts.
homeslice is correct. It was 7 times. Yamaguchi was digested in 14. Other than that, you have Nakata in 17, the two guys in 1, Yamamoto in 9, James Okada in 7, and Shusuke Sato in 4.

(In case anyone wants to know, Kane Kosugi and Yoshihito Yamamoto in SASUKE 1.)
Sasuke 9 - Stage 3.
What was the lowest number worn by Katsumi Yamada (that he did not choose himself)?

I'm going to say D. Yamamoto Shingo (And Yamamoto Tatsuya) and Oomori Akira made it to the third stage. And even if Iketani got skipped (which is unlikely anyways considering he made it to Stage 2 in Sasuke 2 if I remember correctly), You spelt his name wrong.
Actually even in the unlikely chance they all got skipped, it's a trick question, you never specified which Yamamoto, and you spelt Oomori and Iketani wrong.

Rider, Iketani didn't make it to the 2nd stage, he only made it to the 2nd obstacle.
Yamamoto was skipped.

Great. Sasuke 3 - Stage 2
In Sasuke 11, how many ropes made up the Tarzan Jump in stage 1 (do not count the rope used in the rope climb), and how many did Toyohisa Ijima use?

0, he was running out of time and tried to jump them all. Poor Bruce Lee.

Great. Sasuke 3 - Stage 2 In Sasuke 11, how many ropes made up the Tarzan Jump in stage 1 (do not count the rope used in the rope climb), and how many did Toyohisa Ijima use? 4 ropes. And he used 0 as he jumped to the Rope Climb.

It is true that Ijima used 0 ropes, but 4 isn't the correct answer for the first part of the question.
