1st time tuning in was seeing Shingo Yamamoto's stage 2 run on Ninja Warrior 13 during Ninjafest 3. Because there was a marathon going on, I easily got hooked!

I think it was Ninja Warrior 15 or 16 back in October 2006. It's been a while, haha.

First was NW23 Ninjafest on G4. The very minute it ended I went outside and started training for it. Haven't looked back since.

All I remember was the sliding chain obstacle on the 2nd stage. Not sure which episode it is.

There was a "sliding chain" obstacle in Sasuke 7 to 24. Were there two chains or one? Do you remember ANYTHING else?

My first SASUKE was a Shin-SASUKE era tourney, but I remember the Rumbling Dice, straight Lamp Grasper, and then the Hang Climbing for my first NW. This was October of the same year they first started airing NW and how I discovered G4. At least they aired something else other than Cops back then...
