If ANW stays the way it is now.. sorry.. I won't be watching. Outside of cheering on SMF members.. there really is no point to the show. It's a poor man's Survivor IMO and I hate Survivor.. LOL IF they changed it to resemble Sasuke more.. maybe.. but G4 hasn't proven in 5 years they know wtf the spirit of Sasuke is supposed to be. As for SMF I'd check occasionally. I'd keep blogging on the All-Stars and anything else I find with that group and former Sasuke people as it warrants. At least for the next year there's some small things going on worth passing popcorn around Never had obstacles

I will continue to train every bit as hard I have since I started training for Sasuke, and I will continue to build more obstacles and I will start to simply create my own harder/more unique ones. Sasuke should be inside of us that do train and I hope others feel the same and don't quit training, after all we are all winners, reaping the benefits of our training every single day regardless of if we get to try and win on TV. Thats how I feel at least.
As far as watching ANW, my lord I hope they make it more like Sasuke because I don't like it at all as is. If it stays as is, I'll watch clips or torrent it, but if it gets great like Sasuke, then i will watch/compete(Or try to get on the show, you know what I mean.)
If Sasuke does end though I think alot of the people who build and train should one day try to just get together and get fan made competitions going. Would be difficult, but it would be fun and it could be done right. Hell, I would do that now but nobody I know trains for it so my courses are mine alone right now.

Well.. Only built obstacle I have is that deathtrap of a cliffhanger and I'm probably going to leave that up.. no current plans to remove it..
I'm going to keep coming here as long as this place is around.. even if mostly just the chat..
As for ANW maybe I'll watch it.. I'll give it one or two tournaments to see how it's going.. although if I don't care for it after that maybe I'll watch it or not.. I dunno...

The purpose of me training for Sasuke isn't ONLY to compete on sasuke.
I mean, sure, in 3 years, it could be used for Sasuke, but I did Sasuke inspired workouts for me.
I train, just for me. I find it fun, and it makes me stronger and healthier... and happier.
My life would've been crap without Sasuke, so I'm not at all mad that it's gone. I WILL continue to train, and hopefully find another way of competing, weather it involve Parkour, be a marathon, some boot camp competition, or whatever.
Sasuke is ending, but this isn't the end of me. This also shouldn't be the end for any of you training, but the beginning. I hope we as a forum find new sporting interests, and new goals we can work towards completing.

Yeah.... this is a real bummer. Though it coincides with my family moving. All of my obstacles have to be taken down anyway... *sigh* It's not the end of the world. I've been watching this show with you guys for... how long? Since Sasuke 19... almost 4 years now? It was great fun while it lasted. From watching Sasuke 19 on G4. Not watching 20 at all because Rider spoiled the whole thing. Watching my first live stream with you guys during 21. Continuing the tradition for 22-23. Having computer problems and missing 24, and having the results spoiled. Watching 25 once again with everyone. And watching our long awaited Sasuke 26 (with my girlfriend) Memories memories memories.

My training will never stop, especially considering a majority of my training isn't Sasuke-specific anyway. The only real Sasuke stuff I ever did was the obstacle practice. Anyway, I have plenty of other things I train for. Tricking, fighting and just plain body weight skills, such as levers, chin-ups, etc.. I've certainly got other things to train for, just nothing quite as entertaining as Sasuke. I also have my own plans to continue Sasuke in my area. I do have a lot of obstacles, after all. So, I'll be seeing where that goes when the weather clears up a bit. I've also got plans to (one day) have The Amazing Oti's Amazing Obstacle Course. Most of you will be invited. Oh, and I'll still be here.

Well I don't train, all I do is jog. I'm far too lazy and tech savvy, even though I have some slender-like potential. My pride is in what I can do within my tributes, that comes from a creative spark of what I have on the mind. For some reason Sasuke has stayed on my mind and therefore I haven't stopped making videos since 2008. Hard to say whether or not I'll still think of tributes to do after Sasuke has ended.. There is one massive video I've been wanting to do but want to hold off making it until the end of the show. The day that that confirmation comes is when that video will get the green light. It's so big that I think it should be the last video, then, time to move on.

I'll continue to train pretty much for the same reasons JP mentioned. Sure, I would've like to someday put my training to the test on the real course, but it's nevertheless brought some awesome and unique ways of exercising and staying fit in general. Sasuke has really inspired me with some important life concepts, most notably making goals and then working toward achieving them. If anything, I'll probably try to build some better obstacle replicas in the future to not only stay in shape but also to continue proving to myself that I can achieve goals if I put my body and mind to it. I'll certainly continue visiting the forums until either it shuts down or if God forbid something horrible happens to me (hopefully neither though). However, I think that I'll stay pretty active at first (i.e. every day or two), then gradually visit less and less over time (probably like once a week or something like that). I'd additionally like to use this post-Sasuke era time to work on projects relating to the series in general by expanding from the stuff I've already done for it as well as possible new things. We'll just have to wait and see (too bad it can't be for a while longer though ). As for ANW, I'll probably give it a try, and although I'd probably say I wouldn't watch it anymore if it started going sharply downhill from where it's currently at, I probably would watch it anyway. After all, it may be the closest thing we may ever get to Sasuke ever again.

I do hope ANW stays. I refuse to accept the idea that Wipeout will be the only current obstacle course show. That would suck, this already sucks, but THAT would suck even more.

I'm going to stay here. I've really enjoyed coming here for the last two or three years, so even if Sasuke ends, I'm sure we can find other topics to try and expand to.
I never got around to building anything, although I might start looking into putting up a WW or something after I graduate.
If and when there's an Australian Ninja Warrior, I'll be there and I'll watch avidly, but never could be bothered downloading ANW.

This kinda hit at exactly the wrong time for me... I'm a junior in high school so it's gonna take about five years to be "free" so to speak (be able to fly to your courses, etc). Right now I don't have that kind of money, time, or permission to be able to do anything. So after March it's pretty much over for me unless G4 keeps making ANWs.

Back then just before I started to watch Sasuke. I was getting really really tired of all these game shows that are mostly question/intelligence based and thought,"Why isn't there any physical type game show around?" Then eventually I discovered Sasuke. Of course, I've been working out long before I got into Sasuke, so of course I'm still going to train. The only major obstacle I do have from the show is the Salmon Ladder, but that's gonna stay up for at least another year till I move. In fact, I still want to create a few more obstacles around it for my LC Obstacle Course. Yes, I'll still be doing it for another year at least.
I'll still check into SMF occasionally like I have, unless it starts to die out here, which I really hope not. You guys are all awesome, and it's been a very entertaining time since I've been here.
I'll probably check the next ANW if they do it just to see what they do with it. If it doesn't change, I probably won't care at all about it anymore and just not watch it. Hopefully they do change the way it is. I don't see why they wouldn't, because right now those were based also as trials to get to Sasuke, even if they did make it sound like Sasuke was their Ninja Warrior as well.

Well my "cliffhanger" is glued to the rafters in my basement and would be too much of a pain to take down so that's staying up for sure. That's pretty much the only obstacle I have though. I'll keep training as well. I train to better myself, not for Sasuke-specific reasons anyway. I'll stay active here. As long as something's going on and others are still around, I'll keep coming. Hopefully the spirit of Sasuke can live on in each one of us. And I'll definitely watch ANW. If it gets bad, I'll stop watching. But as of right now, it's really the only decent obstacle course worth watching on tv at this point in time. Most of you will be invited. Will I be invited? There's no age limit, is there?

I'll definitely be here. This board has been like a second home to me since it started in 2008. I'll watch ANW (maybe compete, we'll see ) and I'll definitely be working on SASUKEpedia until it is done.
