Am I the only one who just wants the tournament to stay as is because I'm confident we'd get more clears now that people know what to expect, or maybe the first stage a tad easier (aka 24 JS and RE at an easy angle)?

Agreed. Keep the obstacles the same, make them easier.
The RE can be shorter in track and the amount of rotations. JS and HPA can be plenty easier from what 26 was. I would like to see new obstacles though. Even if it's easy, I'd like for them to have a new 2nd obstacle at least...

I can see Nagano making it after a few bad performances, you know he's going to break that streak and at least pass the first stage. Takeda & Shingo obviously have the skills to make it to the third stage too. Bunpei on the other hand is an enigma. There's no doubt in my mind that he'd show up for the last tournament, injury or no injury. The only time he attempted Shin-SASUKE he cleared stage one, so I might be able to see him clearing. However, he's older than Okuyama (whose body is very young for his age) and I don't know how far he'd get in the 2nd stage, but I am confident he'd fail there. Bunpei lost in Sasuke 18.

Also about the post you're quoting, Shingo didn't have any problems with the DSL or UB in 25

Also about the post you're quoting, Shingo didn't have any problems with the DSL or UB in 25 Yeah that about Bunpei was an oopsie, but what I meant with Shingo was those two obstacles put a lot of pressure on the shoulders, so I just get worried for him (even though he's cleared both without issues)... I'm just thinking about his Arm Rings disaster. I figure after that Stage 2/3 for him is injury zone

Him on the metal spin makes me cringe every time. And yet he's never failed the Metal Spin. As for what I'd like to see, hmm....probably something with a bit of action. Little of everything. (Would be cool if Furutachi came back to call this too, but that's pretty much not happening.) Stage 1Sextuple Step Bridge Jump Log Grip ...can't think of anything in this space, perhaps a new obstacle? Circle Slider Jumping Spider Warped Wall Final Climb (Tarzan Rope/Rope Ladder) combo Stage 2Downhill Jump Double Salmon Ladder Arm Bike Balance Tank (original version) Metal Spin Wall Lift Stage 3Roulette Cylinder Doorknob Grasp Body Prop Ultimate Cliff Hanger Swing Circle (as it was described by Alison during ANW2) Spider Flip Devil's Swing Pipe Slider Stage 4Not quite sure, but I'd love some form of the Spider Climb! ....thinking about it all ending still makes me sad.
