Well, Im going to run with the rumor of Sasuke ending in March. So I ask you, if your M9, what do you do in your series finale? Keep the course the same? Change it up?
Personally, i bring back the classics with some new stuff. I'm talking a first stage off:
Matura Norobi Rolling Matura Cross Bridge Circle Slider (17's version) Jump Hang Warped Wall Tarzan Jump+Rope Climb
A second Stage of: Chain Reaction Double Salmon Ladder Jumping Spider Metal Spin Wall Lift (1-12 design)
Third Stage
Roulette Cyclendar Arm Bike Cycle Road UCH UK #1 UK #2 UK #3
Then the Final, whatever it may be.
Not only with this assure a lot of clears, But may even boost ratings due to some classical obstacles being there. I feel like it'd be a nice memorial, a way to see it go by remembering the great classic obstacles.
So I ask, if your M9 and Sasuke 27 is your last, what do you do?

Honestly.... keep it all as it is! Going back on things making things easier is a cop out!

Honestly, I'd nerf the First Stage a bit so that there are as many clears as possible. 1. Step Slider 2. Hazard Swing 3. Log Grip 4. Jumping Spider (24's version) 5. HPA 6. WW 7. Giant Swing 8/9. TR/RL 140 seconds
Rest I would keep the same.

I like blind's ideas, except that I would want the current version of the Wall Lift, otherwise Shingo would get his leg caught again, LOL.

I think he means the look, the Yellow/Black with the normal numbers on it. Had that before the Black/Silver with roman numerals which we had before the current plain wood one

I agree with SRW. I'd keep the course exactly the same. By just keeping it the same, it's more likely there will be more clears than in 26, but I don't want to see 30 or so clears like in the past tournaments. It would really diminish anyone's accomplishments of clearing the first stage. And given the unlikely scenario that someone would reach the top of the tower in time, it would be difficult to take their accomplishment as seriously as other past champions. I believe that by keeping the course the same there's bound to be more success, but it won't be setting up the pins so to speak, which to me would be a huge turnoff and would ruin the tournament for me.

Although there's plenty of wishes that I have for 27 if it is the last tournament, the main thing I'd like to see is Takeda finally reaching the Final Stage. I've hoped for that to happen since I started watching the show nearly 4 years ago, and it's been crushing to me how he's been denied time and time again. If there was anything that I could have changed about the history of Sasuke, it would've been this (Yamada achieving Kanzenseiha would be a close second though). And although it's probably very unlikely to happen now, it's the main thing I'd like to see if the show is destined to end.
Other wishes: -all 6 All-Stars competing together one last time -many competitors from throughout the show's history competing one last time -15 or so Stage 1 clears, including at least half of the All-Stars -7 or so Stage 2 clears, including Urushihara, Takeda, and Nagano -a UCH/Stage 3 clear (preferably by the 3 above) -Nagano being the last person to ever run the course and winning again -a very thorough/in-depth broadcast showing all of the notable competitors and consequently similar to 24's length -an emotional feeling/atmosphere demonstrating the end of the show

What I Would Want: - no pins set up - RE GONE - Nagano + Yuuji back in stage 3 - Nagano Last Man Standing - UCH beaten - Glimpse of final stage (even if nobody gets there) - All 6 all-stars there - Mad long broadcast

Nagano in the final stage would be the perfect ending to me! Preferably winning!

I want to see all 6 All-Stars compete. I want like to see 15 or so people clear the first stage, including all 6 of the All-Stars. I want to see Takeda reach the final stage, and I want to see Shingo and Yamada achieve Kanzenseiha. IMO, Shingo and Yamada are the ones who really deserve to win. Shingo has competed in every tournament, and Yamada has only missed two. They have both worked so hard for the past 13 1/2 years. I think they really deserve to win.

Nagano in the final stage would be the perfect ending to me! Preferably winning! I agree wholeheartedly on that one. It pretty much his show and it would be the best for it to end with him in some way. I really need him at least past the first stage or ill go have myself a good cry for a week >_> (jk by the way)

Well... 6 hours was long and drawn out, but maybe we could have a 4 and a half or 5 hour broadcast.. although if this is the end I'd say go for 6 hours anyways..
And while it may be setting up the pins I'd like to see a throwback course mixed with the current one so we can finally see a good amount of clears and what lies beyond the UCH..
Stage 1: Step Slider Maruta Nobori Rolling Maruta (OR Log Grip) Jump Hang Neshireta Kabe Soritatsu Kabe Giant Swing Tarzan Rope (10-12) + Rope Climb
Stage 2: Jumping Spider (With a smaller in length 7-17 Spider Walk Maybe one regular panel, an Ugokukabe, a panel going down (like the Spider Climb from the original SW in reverse)) Double Salmon Ladder (Maybe Regular Salmon Ladder) + Unstable Bridge Balance Tank Goren Hammer Wall Lifting (Set up the same as it currently is but with the 13-17 look)
Stage 3 would be setting up the pins for the first half but still have a throwback aspect but be fun to watch, Maybe something like this (although really I can't decide): Propeller Untei + Arm Bike (Like Sasuke 18 with the bar inbetween) Rope Junction (If we get someone past the UCH and to the final... That's a function......) Ultimate Cliffhanger (26 version, although maybe the first two ledges should be slightly shorter, lose a foot of length on the third ledge, and make the gap to the 4th a couple inches closer but other than that the same) "Swing Circle" + "Umbilical Cord" "Flying Bar"
The Final Stage should be whatever they're currently planning just in case someone cleared in 25 and 26

If this is true then all i have to say is Nagano WILL have the 100 back then, he deserves that spot on the final tournament more than anyone right now. I just hope having the 100 for the final tourny ever won't build too much pressure on him because I want Nagano on top again one last time.
I sincerely hope that there is at least 2 more tournaments to go at least though, give the Americans one final chance at the real thing as well through ANW3.
