No problem Ube, that'll be our job Thanks for the list. NAOTO was probably #81 because David Campbell can be seen behind him.

Ryo Matachi was #63. Just a hunch.

Not to moan here, but could we be certain this time around about numbers and obstacles failed? If we don't know, then we don't know. Please no assumptions...

I think he is going on more than just a hunch there lars.
Also, for a lot of this, we'll need to assume. The broadcast was short so barring a competitor lists, some assumptions about numbers are gonna have to be made.

Sometimes Lars you just have to do the best you can. Example with Sasuke 24, I can say with 99% certainty that Kawahara was 91 eventhough he was all cut. I can also say with over 90% certainty that he timed out at the rope ladder.

Can anyone with a better looking recording help with this next thing?
When Kawahara is being introduced, standing next to him is a guy in all blue with his number shown. Can anyone see what number that is? If we know that guy's number, then we can figure out Kawahara's and the Shinsengumi Rien guys numbers as well (as they both went right before Kawahara).

Kawahara was shown to be #28. That's definitely not right though. Look at Harashima #46 and Kawahara's runs. Kawahara competed must later in the day, almost at dusk while Harashima competed in the middle of the day. Plus, the soccer guy (Honda?) was #28.

Any idea who could be #89?
It must be someone important for such a high number.

Any idea who could be #89? It must be someone important for such a high number. I'm going to guess it was either NAOTO or Sato Jun, unless there's something I'm not aware of they are the two biggest competitors (not necessarily skill wise) that we don't have numbers for. Of course, knowing M9 it could very well have been a Muscle Musical member that we don't know, they get very high numbers sometimes for unexplainable reasons. (Perhaps Oyama Hirokazu (2010 PS1 champ)?) Sato was in the late 50's. Culd have been Naoto.

Never mind my comment, NAOTO was #81 and Blind is right about Jun. So I'm going with Muscle Musical member.

(Perhaps Oyama Hirokazu (2010 PS1 champ)?) NAOTO was most likely #81 since #84 David Campbell can be seen standing next to the start line during his intro (and we know Shane had #83 and Travis went before Shane). Sato Jun was #58 if you go by the assumption that the number TBS gave to Paul Kasemir (#61 was correct). No guarantee though since Brent Steffensen was listed as #62 but actually ran in the 70s (most likely #74). The Americans ran in groups, so Patrick would be #60 and Adam L. would be #59. Sato is seen on the screen when Adam L. is at the start line so his number could be #58 (or somewhere close to that).

I don't know if anyone's asked him yet, but might David know some of the numbers since he was actually there? He's likely to at least confirm the ANW2 guys' numbers that we've been assuming (i.e. everyone besides him, Shane, and Brian since they had their numbers on them). The other 7 we're not 100% sure on, including the other 3 who cleared (if Brent's was wrong on the broadcast, who knows---maybe the same goes for Paul and Travis since TBS really f***ed up the numbering this time around and it almost seems like we need to have visual evidence of someone's number to confirm it).
BTW, if there still a chance that TBS or some other source might put out an (at least more) accurate list of competitors/numbers/results sometime soon?

If TBS didn't put it up already during the broadcast (they didn't have the HD set up this time ) then I doubt they will. The only list they had of people in there were occupations and not names and numbers like the last few times.

I PMed David, hopefully he can help us out.
Unless they make another app like they did for 23, I can't see this getting too much more complete. We have roughly 75 results already, which is pretty good considering the broadcast time.
