Any similarities Sasuke has with Kunoichi rather that be competitions or competitors. For example in both of Sasuke's and Kunoichi's 4th tournaments the first competitor completed the entire course.

In both Kunoichi 7 and Sasuke 20, the established champion (Nagano and Miyake) crashed in the 2nd stage while an extreme athlete (Levi and Maho Tanaka) is the only competitor in the 3rd stage. Both 3rd stagers reach the middle of the stage only to fail.
EDIT: For Rider, K 4 becomes K 7
In both Kunoichi and Sasuke's 3rd tournament, a competitor (Yamada and Mizuno) nearly beats the Final Stage only to fail just inches from victory. Each competitor wears 100 in the next tournament only to fail obstacles that everyone expects them to beat. A dark horse competitor (Akiyama and Miyake) steals their thunder by beating the whole thing.

Good point. Although now that I think about it, modify it somewhat (Miyake for Mizuno and Tanaka for Miyake (considering some of the stuff the G-Rockets, who she was with at the time, do)) it does work.

Sasuke 19 and Kunoichi 1 each had only 2 competitors beat the first stage, and both tournaments saw those survivors fail in the second stage.

What about Nagano and Miyake both reaching the Final Stage 3 times in a row (with different results though)

To expand on the the original similarity, what about the fact that the 1st Champion beat the 3rd Stage and Final Stage on their first attempt and it happened in the 4th tournament.
Also, there's starting to be a connection between Masami Yusa and Yuji Washimi. Both beat the 1st Stage of a new course in the first two competitions. When they got there, they were stopped by the same obstacle, and since then have not been able to beat the 1st Stage.
