*going on a tangent*
Regarding the finals (and I'm sure this has been mentioned)
I want to commend the Red Dragons team, especially David, for not trying to take out Brian on Day 2. You were right David, you really did embody the spirit of SASUKE.
*tangent over*

I think it was just a good coincidence that you guys got to pick.. I don't know the intentions of the white tigers (That and I Forget who was on it besides Levi, Shane and I think Rich XD) but in a reality show people would try to take out the competition.. But this is trials.. It's trying to find the best people for the course in Japan.. we wouldn't want to send someone who would just fail the first step or something..

David quick question. When you guys were making that decision, what did your teammates say (Besides you and Travis). I figured you 2 since you're big fans of the show would do the right thing I nominating Dorian, but what did the others talk about? Was there any opposition? Were they trying to get rid of someone good?

Ok so I was glad with the boot camp with the obstcales. But really, surviver style? Me and my mom were like WTF. G4 keeps screwing it up on the final. I mean I bet the boot camp wore out everyone. It might have even injured some of the peps there. I'm also kind of mad that they didn't even show the three guests runs on the show. It would have been fun to see them run instead of watching it on Youtube. I didn't get to finish watching the show(went to bed, thought I would have school but today it was a snow/ice day) but am watching the re-run right now. David you think the boot camp wore about everyone before they even got to Japan? Well with all the standing around all day eating crap food and only competing for 2min or so each day and being in LA the week before and not exercising it was more like we got out of shape. I actually couldn't complete my cliffhanger anymore when I got back from boot camp LOL!

1: David what did you all do in your all's free time at camp? 2: Was the water still dirty when you all drank it. Didn't really have much free time, the majority of the days were standing around in whichever small area they told us were were confined to and waiting for them to be ready to film us and what not. In the evenings we were still confined to the barracks area but we'd hang out and talk a bit, they had a climbing rope in a tree to play on. But mostly we'd just eat, shower and go to bed. The water was just for show, nobody drank that s*** LOL! We had bottled water in a cooler.

I didn't think anyone would have anyways.. I thought they just had that for people to cool off or something.. Someone said something about using it for their rag didn't they? XD It's funny... People would think carrying water would be more useful than moving bails of hay... But the hay was more useful

I liked the semi's for the most part. I actually didn't have too much of a problem with the ruling of whoever gets to the warped wall faster moves on. I just wish it would've been explained to the contestants better. Hopefully, they can improve for the next one. I think the boot camp is definitely an improvement from ANW1's finals. However, I don't really like the reality feel to it. I guess like Arsenette said, it's an acquired taste, because I hate pretty much all reality television haha. But for the most part, besides a few nitpickings, I have very much enjoyed ANW2 so far.

Just skimming through the G4 forums and oh man... Dell Taco. I figured you guys would've at least gotten some Subway sandwiches considering they're a major sponsor. They could've done some cheesy in-show ad by bringing you some Subway and having you eat it on camera and looking all cheerful about it like they do on The Biggest Loser or something. I would've loved to see that.

Were they trying to get rid of someone good? Nobody ever suggested trying to off a top competitor, the only debating was trying to figure out who had failed more. It was tough to pick between Brian O and Dorian actually because while Brian had one fail and dorian had 2 Dorian had actually completed the course in semifinals. It really came down to the fact that Brian had proven he can reach stage 3 in Japan that made us give him the benefit of the doubt. We were all really surprised by the results of the rope climb though. Dorian had huge arms, we all thought he had it in the bag! He didn't use his feet at all though.

I even emailed the producer beforehand and asked him what I should pack for clothing wise and if we would have access to a grocery store as I would need my own food and supplements. He didn't even respond.

Have the final 10 been decided yet? Sorry, I missed the boot camp. If it's ok, could someone post the top 10?

In the technical sense yes because this was back in August and 26 recorded in October... But if you mean what they've shown they've only eliminated two people and there is one week left...

Glad you clarified that because with no explaination if someone heard that Brian was even considered they'd call BS on you guys XD
But with the finals alone I can understand how he would be considered though.. (No offense Brian)

Im really glad you were able ask lots of questions about the events to claify what the rules were but its too bad you couldnt do much about the HEALTH of the competitors. I would have expected something like this on any other reality show but really? You guys are first and formost athletes and should have been able to have some control of what you were putting into your bodies, at least have some decent food around.

Didn't know this until someone on Television Without Pity pointed it out: The guys producing the Boot Camp are the same ones who did I Survived a Japanese Game Show. asmithco.com/projects.html
