That "Favorite Vandal"'s IP is 91.152.170.253. This guys is 208.123.190.157. Doesn't eliminate the chance it's the same guy, changing IP's is possible.
You're welcome for catching that, I was going to say it was all fake but I couldn't figure out how to make it enough convincing so I just warned you (which I was going to do anyways)
