I suggest we change the icon to something Sasuke-related. I don't know what, exactly (probably a throwing star, or something), but I think it would be better than the generic "pb" icon.

A throwing star would be cool. Maybe the 'S' from Sasuke could work too.

Yeah, the Sasuke 'S' sounds like a good idea.

Wasn't there a throwing star before?

There's never been another icon that I know of. I made a throwing star icon, but that was for the ranking thing, not the site icon itself.

Yeah I don't remember it either.
But I don't want a throwing star, its "Ninja" sure, but its not really "Sasuke"
I like the "S", or maybe an obstacle symbol or something.

Yea there was no icon until a couple of months ago when proboards changed it to the pb logo.
I personally like the "S" too.

There was actually an icon. It was a blue or purple-ish background with three dots or something like that. It was also from proboards. My throwing star has never been the icon here, though.
If you want to use the S, put this code in the global headers section. It should change the icon on every single page of this forum.

Hey! Since the entire forum underwent an icon change right when we changed the site icon, I figured we should update the icon. It looks a little weird having a plain, jagged site icon while all the others are nice and smooth looking. So, I updated it: From to I already tested it and I must say... it looks kinda spiffy. Here's the code, it's the same as before, just with a different URL: <LINK REL="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="http://wimg.co.uk/48D.ico"> Lemme know what you think. Suggestions and the like.

Thanks. I credit it to years of screwing around with MS Paint and a program I recently downloaded which oddly resembles MS Paint.

Sorry to bump a topic that was resting peacefully and all, but the icon has changed back. What happened?

Sorry to bump a topic that was resting peacefully and all, but the icon has changed back. What happened? Dunno actually. I saw that happened a few days ago but I thought it was proboards acting up (I was using firefox at home). I'm at work now and I can see it just fine in IE. The code is still there in the global header so I'm not quite sure why it isn't showing up for everyone across all browsers.
