That's a forgone conclusion In fact the main picture is of him. The Maguro Festival is in his home prefecture and the same town as Takasui so they have their own booth and Nagano has been holding a Sasuke event there for about 5 years now.
It's a little festival they had a couple of times setting up Sasuke courses and the All-Stars attended, There should be vids on youtube if I can find them. And of the last one G4 used footage of it in their 23 Pre-Show. If I remember correctly it's held in Miyazaki prefecture (Home of Nagano Makoto)
Also.. Am I remembering this correctly but doesn't Maguro mean Tuna?.. Is this because Nagano works for a fishing company? XD
EDIT: Vids from the 2009 one. Nagano:

Okay, I thought he would most likely be there. I'm glad they arent canceling another Sasuke event/thingie. Makes me feel good about Sasuke's survival, despite M9 saying it won't be canceled.
I should also note that the festival itself has nothing to do with M9 other than allowing Nagano and co. to use the SASUKE name and obstacles (which are not the ones made by M9, I believe they make them themselves).
1- Trampoline, which could connect to 3 or 4. 2-Cliffhanger (looks like a v.3 more than a Shin Cliff) and Salmon Ladder. 3- Monkey...Ropes? 4- Jumping bars (not sure).
I hope the trampoline connects to the ropes because the Jumping Bars seem pretty high.

Interesting how small the course was and how little the amount of people went (meaning All-Stars). I remember talking to someone in Takasui last month and they didn't even know if they were going to the Maguro Festival I figure this was a last minute set up. Nagano designs all the courses btw.

Course looks pretty good. Since we've only seen it from the back I don't know if the Cliffhanger is V3 (Not the 70s Kamen Rider ) or Shin. Looks like theres a Trampoline straight into the Jumping Bars so it looks like Nagano payed attention to that little segment on ANW in 23
