Ok, so i figured i'd bring over sum topics from G4, this will be one of them
special thanks to badalight for making this thread on G4
HIS ORGININAL POST:
Don't even ask what inspired this thread...
Anyway, how far do you think you'd make it on the Sasuke course?
For me I'd have to say I'd lose on the jumping spider. You get once chance to do it (Except that one guy in Sasuke 19...) I'm bad with trampolines, and stopping my momentum and sticking the landing would be the hardest part. Even if I did hit the trampoline perfectly, sticking the landing would be to difficult for me.
Although I'd have plenty of time at that point, the sextuple steps are easy. The log grip would be easy simply becuse you just fully exert yourself for that amount of time, which a lot of people don't do, and if the octopus can beat it... well I think I've got a shot =p
Pole maze is easy except for the whiplash part. I know the technique of holding it to the right but after it stops you'll get thrown off of it, so holding on would be a little difficult, but over-all and easy obstacle.
By the way, Rider and Alphabeter are banned from this thread, don't ask questions!

rider and alphia are both unbanned along w. everyone else bada banned.
Once again, a huge thanks to badalight for making this thread on G4

1st stage I'm worried about the jumping spider and flying chute.
Second stage I'm worried about the salmon ladder and the last wall on the wall lift.
third stage I'm worried about my endurance for one... but obstacle wise I'm scared of the cliff-hanger, jumpingbars+ascendingclimb+spider flip combination.
(Not the actual jump of the spider flip, I can do that)
And the final ring since Ionno what it is.
I most likely can't do the final stage, no matter what it is, I wouldnt' even come close to beating either of the old final stages.

I would say I have a 50/50 chance on the Jumping Spider
After that I'm pretty sure the Salmon Ladder would finish me off
This is why I'm glad to have 2 more years to train

Jumping Spider at furthest, although I could probably quite easily fail the Log Grip or Pole Maze.

I'd probably fail on the warped wall. If I somehow passed stage 1, i'd definitely fail the Salmon ladder.

If I managed to beat the Jumping Spider, I think I could make it to the Warped Wall. But that's it. Of course I say that, but if I'd actually got a chance to compete, I'd probably fail on the Log Grip.

haha rider ur unbanned so long as u think it thru Well I have the ability to do all the obstacles (except maybe the last gap in the Final Ring and I don't know about the Final Stage) but maybe because I might run into obstacles on the course that would cost a bit of time but I'd make it up. Providing I'm all calm I would probably make it to the Spider Flip

Providing I'm all calm I would probably make it to the Spider Flip Takes more than that.

Seeing as I;m not that athletic, at least I'll get past the sextuple step, maybe log grip, slight chance at pole maze (if it's even in 21), no way for jumping spider, and I couldn't get past the halfpipe attack, so no need for the rest. 2nd, downhill would be no problem, salmon ladder no chance, hell, swing ladder no chance (me and monkey bars don't mix, that's like Rider not posting spoilers ) 3rd, ha, no need to attempt what I could past.

I have the Strength, Speed and Endurance needed for the course, I can see myself making it that far. Doubt it on the gap of the Final Ring but I could most likely make it there

First stage, first obstacle. Alright, I might make it to the jumping spider if I reallllllllllllllllllyyyyyy tried but nine times out of ten, I would go down before I even started.
Let me get back into Tae Kwon Do and I will get back with you on this.

I'd probably get hung up for so long on the Pole Maze, that if I don't time out there, I'd be rushing so much that I'd totally fail the Jumping Spider. I probably wouldn't be able to do the Jumping Spider anyway, but still...

Ok i doubt i would clear the first stage, but if i were going to say what would be my downfall it would be the Halfpipe Attack, Jumping Spider and time. The steps are simple, and as for the log grip, i've been practing things like the grip to see what the shocks are like. The maze is only hard if you make it hard, I think i would do decent with the wall because i think i have a good reach for it. The chute isn't a big concern for me because i've been practicing the technique for grabbing onto the rope. I suck on trampolines and gimmick ropes and of course time is against anyone do that's what i think.
