What did you think of stage ones only brand new obstacle. I liked it alot but it could and perhaps should of been harder.

Liked it, but it could have been a lot harder and still wouldn't have been that hard, not for the people that should be passing it anyway.

I liked it. I think it's fine the way it is. Agreed. It looks dangerous enough as is.

I'm glad it took out Yukio Iketani. Agreed but i am kind of disappointed because i was thinking this was going to be this awesome obstacle that everyone would have trouble with but instead like only 5 failed it and the only big name being iketani.

I remember only 2 failing it in the broadcast. It was a pretty fun obstacle though. The first stage should stay as is- this is my ideal first stage.

At one point I thought the jump from the final bridge to the platform could be done. I admit that was foolish of me but I still think the landing platform is a bit too close. Someone can seriously get hurt.

I liked the concept, but it didn't really turn out to be as much of a killer as I really thought/hoped. I liked it, but was disappointed.

I liked it a lot.. it wasn't the Xbridge.. and quite frankly there were 20 people we didn't see.. who's to say that more didn't fail that bridge. I think once people realized you have to run committed you saw less and less failures.. that said.. familiarity as the day wears on always helps in the long-run with all obstacles.

Whats wrong with easy obstacles? Not a lot of people failed it, and I didn't mind. It was a fun obstacle to watch people do, and when someone DID fail it, it was exciting.
Its better than rehashing obstacles.

I don't like easy obstacles because this is supposed to be the world's hardest obstacle course. That sort of implies that it's... you know. Hard. I think every obstacle should be challenging in one way or another. Things that you can just breeze through with no worries (ANW's balance log thing) are nothing but filler in my eyes. I only like easy obstacles in one case: at the beginning. The steps are easy as hell, we know that, but they take out so many competitors. They do their job of weeding out the weak. That's great. The problem arises when they put an easy obstacle halfway through the stage. If someone is skilled enough to beat the steps, log and a few other obstacles, surely they're skilled enough to beat a simple obstacle like the Bridge Jump. That being said, though, I do love it. I think it's a really neat obstacle, neater than the Cannonball Run from Viking. I also think, however, it should be made a little harder. Maybe replace the ropes (bungees?) with very stretchy bungees, that way even the most graceful competitor (Nagano ) will have to be extra graceful.

I don't know about the Circle Hammer, I hated it. The Curtain Slider I loved. Overall, I like the Bridge Jump. I think it's harder than people make it out to be. Over half the people who did it were being really careful about it just so they pass. People just make it look easy. The only things I would do is increase the distance to the platform like was said before so nobody would hit their head on the other side if they miss, and maybe make the rope a little harder to grab onto like Oti has mentioned.

From what I understood the circle hammer and curtain slider had a lot of technical problem so I doubt if they ever come back they would be exactly as they were designed in 23/24.
Btw we didn't see 20 people in the broadcast. Who's to say there weren't more failures on the bridge jump?

I can understand the Curtain Slider and heard about those but what was wrong with the Circle Hammer tech-wise? I thought they took it out because everyone picked up on the trick to get past it without losing any time.
