So after every Kazenseiha, a star of the show has left. After Akiyama it was Kane After Nagano it was Shunsuke
Who do you think will be the next "Shunsuke" and leave the show unexpectedly? Or will there be one?
If you pick other say who.

but both kane and shunsuke didn't leave imediately after either of them won, and it's not like they were the only ones who stopped competing.

I highly doubt any Sasuke Qualifier will leave Sasuke. They had to fight to get on the show. I bet they're grateful for being invited back.
If anyone would leave Sasuke, I would say maybe Okuyama? Age is catching up..but he won't leave until he is past being able to clear Stage One.

I say Okuyama because the Kane and Shunsuke were both very consistant just like Okuyama is whaaa? Kosugi and Nagasaki's performances have nothing to do with Okuyama quitting or keep on competing, that's only a pattern you noticed. So after every Kazenseiha, a star of the show has left. After Akiyama it was Kane After Nagano it was Shunsuke Who do you think will be the next "Shunsuke" and leave the show unexpectedly? Or will there be one? If you pick other say who. More confusion, why should Yuuji be in the poll? Think about what you said, After Akiyama it was Kane After Nagano it was Shunsuke After Urushihara it was Yuuji wait.. haha Yuuji can't really be the next Shunsuke if he is the champion like Aki' and Nag' were.

If anything, Monkey left. Not Kane.
Kane was in 7. Thats 3 tournaments later. It wouldn't have mattered if someone won or not. Kane was mad at himself.

I never liked Kane. I dont know whats the big deal about him. Yamamoto was way better than him back then. Look at Kane, he couldnt beat the final and just left.
Even though i didnt really like him. I can see him and Shane accomplishing a lot in Sasuke if they kept competing. I can easily see them as All Stars.
Back to topic... I voted for Hashimoto, just dont think he will compete so much.

Back to topic... I voted for Hashimoto, just dont think he will compete so much. Hashimoto went back to the Trials three times. That's dedication there. He's not going anywhere.

I'm surprised there's people that still think Kane left just because he couldn't beat the Final.

Yeah, but that is cooler than the truth.

What.. the fact that M9 screwed him? LOL Yeah. Thinking he left because he couldn't beat the final is much easier for fans to think than the actual reality. As for those not knowing who or why Kane was integral to Sasuke and other M9 events have never seen Sportsman #1 and the Kosugi Dominance. Between that and the reason Sasuke even had the highest ratings than even now. Oh well.
As for the poll I'm not even voting. The premise is ridiculous since none of it makes sense. Shunsuke leaving had nothing to do with Nagano. Again.. it's tied to M9 for reasons that are not exactly public.

Yeah, I'm with Elsie here. The analogy is so flawed I don't know where to begin...how to define "unexpected leave of absence", for one. Koji Yamada left after the same tournament Shunsuke did, and I don't see anyone mentioning that.

Heh heh there is no next Shunsuke.
IMO I think it's hard to tell who or when someone will leave the show. For one tournament they're there and the next they're gone.

The summation is "his management sucks" and that's all I can mention in terms of explanation. It's not him himself but his handlers that have screwed up the invite process. As those who remember Sasuke 22 - he does want to come back but I'm not sure he ever will if the current situation with his management remains. That part I'm not privy to. I guess someone can try to ask him directly. I haven't asked.

I assumed that's what it had to do with, now that he's becoming a wider renowned athelete.

There is no next Shunsuke. There is only ONE Shunsuke. And he's awesome. I really want him to return. He'd give everyone else a good run for their money.

I voted "other" for one of the All-Star(s), but we already have another thread or 2 for this.

I voted Kanno, as he's like Yamada (very emotional).

I voted Kanno, as he's like Yamada (very emotional). Well keep in mind though that Yamada's said that he was going to retire multiple times, only to keep coming back anyway. As a result, Kanno will probably stick around for a while still. Here's my equation behind the reasoning for this: Kanno=Yamada
