If by vunerable you mean the woman most likely to crash and burn, I nominate Maho Tanaka.
There is actually history for this. Just look at what happened in 6 and 7. In 6, she was the exciting newcomer who kicked Domino Hill's metaphorical a**. In 7, Miyake crashes in the 2nd and, all of a sudden, there is a lot of pressure dumped on Tanaka and she fails Domino Hill.
If there is a Kunoichi 8 and Miyake doesn't come back for it, everyone will be looking for Tanaka to be the saviour and if she feels the pressure again, it'll bite her.

Actually, she competed in Kunoichi 5 only she failed the Hop Rocket in the 1st Stage. However, that is a good pick.
My pick would be Yuko Mizuno. Not because she's bad or anything like that, but I think her head gets in the way or her physical ability sometimes.

Chie Nishimura.
This girl probably won't compete... but she is always all about winning and she's devastated if she doesn't.
See how pissed she wasin stage 2 of Ninja Warrior?
Ionno, it seems like this girl has a lot of mental problems that we don't know about, she seem really REALLY tense ALL the time.

Hmmmm, didn't you say that Chie was your favorite competitor though bada, that's interesting, I'll take the safe road and say Tanaka, she has underachieved many times before and she can't handle pressure very well, like talledega said, she kicked Domino Hill's metaphorical ace, and then she failed that very same obstacle when she was the last one standing(and she didn't even make it to the new red zone) If Kunoichi does something with the Hop Rocket like make the leap the same length as in 4 and 5 and still leave that post, she will fail. On the subject of she Chie, she probably will compete, I don't know where you got the idea she wouldn't, and she wasn't mad when she failed stage 2 in 7, she just felt bad, it seems to me the problem with her is that she feels the pressure to show her children what she is made of.

I'd also have to say Mizuno - she's most certainly like the Katsumi Yamada of Kunoichi: she was once thought to be the best until she started failing often. Now her head is playing games with her and she gets quite frustrated that she can't do well. It's been a while since she made it past Stage 1 and she will need to keep her head in the game if she wants to make it next time (if there is a next time).

On Mizuno's case, I call a first stage pass especially if the tournament is around new year's, and maybe her chances are better now that Miyake is down(and possibly out) and she can try to take back what is rightfully yours.

Well considering it's only been 7 tournaments I think Mizuno might do well again
