Based on the people shown in broadcasts as well as external information (people who were there, people that blogged about it, etc.) these are the hardest and easiest obstacles by stage:

First Stage:
Top 5 Hardest by completion percentage:
1. Flying Chute 52.54%
2. Jumping Spider 60.42%
3. Slider Jump 63.89%
4. Rope Glider 69.33%
5. Jyunidantobi 74.09%


Top 5 Easiest by completion percentage:
1. Bungee Bridge 100%
2. X-Bridge 96.72%
3. Circle Hammer 95.16%
4. Pole Maze 93.03%
5*. Rokudantobi 89.18%
*Technically, #5 is the Tarzan Rope. However, if someone beat the 7th obstacle but timed out before reaching the rope (Sato/Takamasa in 20, Kanno/Shingo in 24), that counts as a Tarzan Rope time-out.

Hardest obstacles in a single tournament:

That's suprising. Sure it was all new in 18 but still.

True, but that could also be because of the broadcasts. We know 75 results in SASUKE 18, while only 59 in SASUKE 19.

How have you determined the balance tank being easier than the shoulder walk? More people trying it?

Yes, Balance Tank was 10/10, while the Net Bridge and Shoulder Walk were only 3/3.

I think that was for the first stage only.

Also wasn't the swing ladder also 10/10

Rope Ladder, SASUKE 19 should be 40% I think

From my impressions not stats,
1st stage
Flying Chute is probably the hardest.
Jumping Spider is a close 2nd
Slider Jump / HPA about the same

2nd stage is Salmon Ladder 1st, Metal Spin a distant 2nd

3rd Stage is Shin-cliff & Spider Flip.

As for the Ramp between HPA & WW...i think there are aty least 3 victims...Shingo twice, Kawaguchi & 1 other guy whose name i forgot

Surprised about the Metal Spin being one of the 3 hardest in the 2nd Stage.
