After seeing Nagano make it all the way to the last obstacle of the third stage and Takeda being the first to clear the shin cliffhanger ,do you think the all stars will have more good performances? Personally I'd like to see Shingo and Yamada dominate again.

Yeah, I think what we saw in 21 was the start of the return of all-star dominance. Three of the all-stars made it past the first stage, first time after the renovation in 18, and we've seen what they can do on the third stage. As for Shingo and Yamada, admittedly they are probably the least likely to "dominate" in the new course, but we'll see.

yes indeed. They all have the ability, but once you give them enough time to practice, you might as well go straight to the drawing board.

The All-Stars are definitely back and here to stay. With 3 people clearing Stage 1, and 2 of them beating Stage 2, they're definitely back to there dominance. Nagano will be Nagano and usually dominate, as long as he doesn't make a silly mistake. Takeda looked very strong and is probably in the best shape of his life right now. Bunpei looked dead at the end of Stage 1, but he really flew through most of the 1st Stage. Shingo looked amazing until the Flying Chute. If he can beat that consistently then he'll be into Stage 2 on a regular basis. Even Yamada did well. Even with all his injuries and theatrics, he did make it to the Warped Wall, which not many got there. So yes, I think the All-Stars are back and will stay that way.

Shingo definately needs to beat that shute! Its amazing though how he has come so far along with Sasuke itself. He used to get to the third stage all the time.

I didn't expect Shingo to pass stage one in this competition but in sasuke 22 he definitely has to make it! I think Yamada might fail on the flying chute next time but will pass stage one in sasuke 23.... if there is one

Shingo definately needs to beat that shute! Its amazing though how he has come so far along with Sasuke itself. He used to get to the third stage all the time. That is true. In fact, he has not gotten past the first stage AT ALL since 17. That was also the last time his number was in the 90's (but of course, he chose 61 in Sasuke 18). I seriously hope he makes it next time. Yamada, too. It has been too long of a dry spell for him. He just needs to get his head back in the game as well. I think 21 was a step in the right direction - the guy hurts his foot but he keeps soldiering on. Granted, the Warped Wall has always seemed to be his nemesis.

Not to seem callous, but you'd think, with a Warped Wall at his house, he'd be able to pwn it. But I agree with tx138 about his predictions. Shingo for 22, and Yamada for 23, if he recovers from his injuries, which seem to be all over his body.
In case any of you were wondering, I'm in Austria, cut off from consistent Internet.

I've never actually been able to see Yamamoto's homemade course on TV. At least the Warped Wall has never given him that much trouble. Still, he needs to figure out all the rest and get back on the horse for 22.

I think he was talking about Yamada's Warped Wall in his badass Driveway

Oh yeah, whoops, sorry, I forgot Yamada had one. They even showed it before his run in 20. Shame on me.

All-stars' dominance? That's exaggerating a little. Nagano will dominate for a while longer and really is the only guy who can make it to the final stage IMO. Takeda also looked great in Sasuke 21 but not sure if he can beat stage 3. Bunpei may be finished at 42 and Yamamoto...well, he has the potential but hasn't made it past the 1st stage since #17. Akiyama has retired (I believe) and don't get me started on Yamada. So TBH only Nagano and Takeda have a legitimate shot IMO. We will see some new 'all-stars' emerge soon...
