I'm thinking "New Sasuke" seeing how they seem to like putting english words in for their obstacles.

Well initially it was Sasuke. At the beginning guys like Omori and the construction worker would make the rope and fail until Akiyama did it. But the name stayed the same, things just got progressively harder and there was a tremendous waiting period before Nagano came in and won.
So now this (22's tragedy notwithstanding) time we had a bunch of guys making and failing the final rope and Yuuji I guess is the new Akiyama. They'll radically redesign or amplify the difficulty (probably shortened times since ratings are an issue) no one will make it and the show will get cancel...i mean a new Nagano (or maybe cyborg Nagano) will overcome. Then reboot the name
At that point the show will get taken over by media giants and turned into a joke so the name will be something like a WWE PPV
Sasuke Bad Blood Sasuke Judgement Day Sasuke The Revenge etc.

Eh they've always mixed English with Japanese and every "new" has been "shin" so I don't see why they would do that.. Besides.. they have never named the era's so I'm curious where people are getting this stuff.

I'm thinking "New Sasuke" seeing how they seem to like putting english words in for their obstacles. They already did that. What did you think the "Shin" in "Shin Sasuke" meant?
