I was so shocked that Yamamoto timed out on the Slider Jump. No one thought he would fail that early

It hit me pretty damn hard too. He's my favourite All-Star, and I wanted to see him in the final again.

I can't believe he had so much trouble on the Warped Wall. He usually clears that easily. And he's usually so fast. I really wanted him to go all the way. I hope he beats the whole course next time.

I knew his arm would give him problems and the fact that it was cold and the fact that he had very little time between tourneys to recover. He did well even with the screw ups but I know in my heart he wouldn't be at 100% so it was unfair to think he would get far. That said he was the 2nd furthest All-Star for 24. And his hat was firmly glued to his head.

It must be tough to have that perfect attendance record as a burden to a full recovery. He should be back at full strength for 25.

Man Shingo timed out? That's a bit heartbreaking to say the least...
And boy must the day come for him to finally have some trouble with the warped wall in the actual competition.

His hat didn't come off, what did you expect?
If his hat came off when he came down the net he'd have done a super jump and hit the button with 1 second to spare.
