Hey, speaking of Yamaguchi (sorry to cut the Viking convo off), what ever happened to him? He appeared 3 times but he disappeared after - yet again - Sasuke 14, where he failed the Rumbling Dice.

You're crazy if you thought the second stage of viking was easy rider. The rope maze alone almost makes it rival Sasuke's stage 2.

Getting back to whatever happened to...
I don't know why he hasn't competed more or whatever but Ishikawa is (at the last show anyway) a part of the Muscle Musical.
It's going to be hard to find detailed information for a lot of the "regular joe" competitors. Very few of them have a known web presence. It's pretty much akin to trying to find out whatever happened to some guy that appeared on a random episode of Jeopardy back in August 2002.

brain stage is where they go and have to remember numbers in a particular order when it's flashed in front of them. I'd be dead there, I suck at math, although I'd probably fail on that addition obstacle in stage one, or at least time out there (Are you allowed to bring a waterproof calculator (Like it matters?)) Bio Clock? Well the only Viking I've seen is a couple of Keshi Heads' videos I was refering to stage 3, where theres a break between where you do the parts, or is that another lie from the english version? And technicly the Heartbreaker has the same thing about the Spider Flip, it had a ledge you can rest on. And as far as difficulty, its definitly Rope Maze > Salmon Ladder. I think the Pole Maze is a joke, the dificulty of the Rope Maze was the long plentyful notches and you have to climb the rope as you go, the Pole Maze you can hold on to the same place you grabbed and you only have to pull it through one notch that isn't all that long, so Rope Maze >>>>>>>>>> Pole Maze

Rider, there are like 5 stages in viking.
Stage 1
Brain Ship stage
Stage 2 + Heartbreaker
Stage 3: You get a choice of which obstacle to do, either that thing where you hold the pole similair to ottoto 9 in banzuke, or the plank that says "Viking" I think it's called the Bio clock.
Stage 4: leniant timed, but incredibly long stage that destroys your arms, nagano had like 15 seconds to climb 5 feet but it was just impossible at the point because the amount of climbing he did in that time, you can't even use your legs ont he first part.

In Stage 3, Nagano had to do the Steady Voyager (Ottoto 9) or the Ultimate Plank (Viking letters), then they had to do the Bio Clock which is an old Kinniku Banzuke event.

I'd probably go with the pegboard too, seems easier. But what exactly is Bio Clock? Where can I see the entirety (Fuji or Jet) version of the tournament where Nagano makes it to Final Viking?

Okay, my mistake Scnoi.
So it's...
Stage 1
BrainShip Stage
Two part Second Stage
Two part Third stage (you get to choose between certain obstacles)
and
Final Stage
Still, it's 5 stages in all, except the brain ship stage is completely retarded and doesn't take much skill, and only two people get out from it.
They're second stage is a really tough timed stage, followed by a really tough 3rd stage worthy obstacle
They're 3rd stage you get a choice between a psyichal challenge or the other challenge which would involve my brains the bawn.
Can't judge the rest because I have no idea what the bio clock is.

The Bio Clock is where you would press a button and in your head count to 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, you would press the button again and if you were plus or minus half a second away from 10 seconds, you moved onto Final Viking. Honestly, it was one of the most anti-climatic obstacles in history and I'm glad they took it out. In future 3rd Stages, you would have to do the Hawkeye (a rotating thing where you'd have to spot the number in a series of rotating letters), Steady Voyager, Ultimate Plank, and finally the Heartbreaker. Truely a brutal 3rd Stage.
And Rider, I can't believe you of all people are asking where to find Viking videos. That's a pretty noob question.

That does seem lame. And I knew where to find it but someone hid the vids and I forgot what the viking one was called.

Again, like I said in the other thread: if you search hard enough, you can find anything.

I know WHERE to find it, But the person who put them up hid them all, I think you know this for a fact. And I don't remember what the videos were called, So I would apreciate if I got a message from the person who put them up to that tells me what they were called.
Oh, no #. Anyways, that was the lamest "obstacle" I ever seen, I would assume you can't wear a watch on Bio Clock and can't use a Calculator on that one math obstacle in stage 1.

I wonder, should we change the title of this thread to something Viking-related?
