Then don't watch. They don't need you. Why do you have to come in here and be an a*****e? This is a thread where post our opinions on the good, bad, and the ugly. In my OPINION. You know that word right, you're a pretty smart guy. I just felt like it was a blatant set-up by TBS, and it didn't fell anything like when Nagano won. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels like Shin-Sasuke made a very short departure. It reaked of Konuichi 8.

Bada why is it that every post you reply in has to turn into a flame war? You come in and make statements that bait people into responding like that, and then you try to play the victim when they do. You stated your opinion, then Ube stated his opinion of your comment, and then you come back and throw gas on the fire by calling him an a*****e. That's my OPINION of what you've been doing. You know that word right, you're a pretty smart guy.
See I took the bait, and my response is baiting you in return. Now you're going to reply back ranting some more, call me an idiot, and try to state how your opinion is the one that matters and everyone else is wrong for how they respond to your statements. I just wish you would let things go and not perpetuate them into bigger issues.

I replied to Ube because his comment wasn't needed. It was off-topic and rude. My post wasn't bait. I was following the criteria of the topic and giving my opinion. Sorry if others disagree with what I have to say. There's a reason it's called an opinion. I'm also not the only one who feels that way about the tourney.
It bothers me when people like Ube come in and de-rail a topic. How was his post any better than one of my own? Are you saying his wasn't bait? It was a rude and off-topic post, add nothing to the discussion and he obviously said it just to piss me off.
My original post was not in the wrong, and if it was so was Ube's. No need to take sides here.

\ The final stage was god awful easy, stage 3 is god awful easy. you cant do either, so you cant call it easy. The only people who have a right to call stages 3 and 4 easy are the people who clear them. People seem to forget that the people who get to stages 2 3 and 3 are truely elite competitors. Stage 1 is so extremely tough that the clearies are so elite that they can make 2 3 and 4 look easy. /rant anyways, lets not get too off topic Good: KAZENSEIHA!!! Yuuji comes back witha vengence So much drama and excitement Kongu cleared stage 3! Bad: Takeda... your just... pitiful. Yamada... just Warped Wall X-bridge Ugly: Takeda on the SJ... just luck NAGANO!! Terek on the SJ... your doin' it way wrong Kongu getting tangled up

Joining blinds attempt to get back on topic. Good. Yuuji winning (well duh) Third stage gets destroyed FIVE times. Salmon ladder-Unstable bridge combo. Rie getting wet Return of yuji washimi and Kota homna Bad. X bridge and rope junction. The all stars performence. Except takeda Kanno's time up. Poor kid was devestated Ugly. Nagano. Spider walk seriously. Takeda with the complete renewal coming up I think he wasted his last chance of going to the final. Gliding ring fail. That must be horrible making it that far and to fail so badly Yamada on the wall. That was heartbreaking just to watch.

Bad. The all stars performence. You have to at least give some credit to Takeda for being the only All-Star to beat Stage 1. Sure, he fell on the Spider Flip again, but so what? In my opinion, that's still a pretty damn impressive performance by getting all the way to the next-to-last obstacle in Shin-Sasuke's Third Stage.

The ugly: Tournament as whole. Set-up by TBS to basically ensure a kanzenseiha. I don't know about you guys, but that's garbage. It meant something when Nagano won. When Yuuji won, who actually cared? It's only been like 3 year since Nagano won, and yuuji won in 4 tries. The final stage was god awful easy, stage 3 is god awful easy. The difficulty of stage 1 and 2 cannot make up for it. If M9 wanted a Kanzenseiha that bad they could've atleast made it less obvious. I honestly lost a bit of respect for the show as a whole. Idk why everyone else disagrees with you, cause I agree completely. I mean, don't get me wrong, it WAS amazing. But with the course being so broken difficulty wise in spots, it made me cringe to see 5 people in the final stage, especially since stage 2 and 3 was still easy tournament after tournament. And when I mean "Easy" I don't mean I can beat it, I mean everyone in the tournament can beat it, and I'm sure that's what Bada means as well Blind.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for Yuuji, he basically is what I want to be...working hard, not giving up, and finally making my dream come true. But yeah, it's a forced Kanzenseiha. And...the All Stars. After this tournament, I'm afraid they won't be the same anymore.

I feel like I should explain myself here. I am VERY VERY happy for Yuuji. If I wanted ANYONE to win it would be him. He definitely deserved it and he really needed the money.
I just felt like it was forced. I gave me the same feel of Konuichi 8.
I still enjoyed the show, but I mean the only change they made in stage 3 was 1 obstacle, and the new obstacle wasn't that great.
2 people made it to the final, and 3 more almost did, and they barely changed stage 3? It's just all way too fishy. When people made the final stage in the 5-17 era they always made drastic changes to stage 3.
They obviously were banking on a win (another reason why they only waited 3 months this time, probably) and well, they got it.
It was a set-up, which is what I didn't like. it doesn't mean as much when they force someone to win. When Nagano won, it was because he was THAT good, not because M9 refused to make any significant changes to the course.
Easy stage 3 + easy final, of course someone will win.
Sorry if you took my response the wrong way.

Bada stop being so damn arrogant you couldn't clear them stages and by going off like you are you are basically saying you are better than the competitors who got to those points and passed.
GOOD KANZENSEIHA +Yuujis run Kongu Lee Okuyama and Hashimotos performances Lots of excitement Nice stage 2 tweaks
BAD X Bridge was a let down Rope Junction made no difference Yamada Akira Amori Tereks slide jump
UGLY Naganos fail was a tragedy of shakesperian proportions! Takedas fail on the spider flip was so sad Kannos ball up on the halfpipe and warped wall The guy who failed the Gliding ring making a dumb rookie mistake Shingo being the combo breaker this time lol.
I suspect they may have started making plans for a new course since Naganos near miss in 23 and so brought 24 nearer while everyone was hot on the course so to speak and ultimatly it worked and someone won, now they can work on their newly planned course.

Good: Kawaguchi Tomohiro finally beating the first stage! Hashimoto and Tajima redeemed themselves from the their Salmon Ladder fails Washimi returned and beat the Salmon Ladder Lee, Okuyama, Hashimoto and Yuuji made final After 10 long years, Kongu made final. Salmon Ladder got pwned 11 times. Sato retained his title of Pro Combo Breaker Bad: Yamamoto timed up on the Tarzan Rope Kanno timed up on the Tarzan Rope Nagano failed Jumping Spider Akiyama timed out on the Kabe Washimi missed Stage Three Ugly: Takeda's Spider Flip fail Tajima's Gliding Ring fail Yamada's time up, I thought he could do it this time

I'm personally tired of how effortless the term "easy" gets thrown around here at times.

Good Yuuji winning Washimi returning in epic style Kongu remaining consistent this tournament There's more I just can't think of them right now haha
Bad X-bridge and Rope Junction weren't that great of obstacles Yamamoto, Akiyama, Yamada, and Kanno Bunpei didn't compete due to still being injured 5 making it to the Final: that's way too many
Ugly Nagano making such a careless mistake: I really expected him to go far Takeda just didn't have it in him Gliding Ring fail: Going that far and making such a silly mistake must be a huge letdown
Hmmm...well remaining a bit off-topic with the Badalight discussion, I agree with Badalight and JP. Even though I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to beat it (I'd love to try ;D), the course just seemed like it was asking someone to beat it. There was only one change in the first stage, which really didn't do much. The second stage was probably my favorite, because it amped up the difficulty in an already tough stage. And the third stage was a huge letdown in my opinion. I actually didn't mind the change from globes to ropes, but with five out of seven people making it deep into the stage the last time, and only that little change, it was clear they wanted someone to win. Now I'm extremely happy that Yuuji won, and I think he could've won no matter what changes were made to the third stage. But in my opinion that's the problem: they wanted to ensure someone would win instead of mixing things up a bit. I'm sorry if this sounds arrogant, but it's just my personal opinion on the matter.

Bada stop being so damn arrogant you couldn't clear them stages and by going off like you are you are basically saying you are better than the competitors who got to those points and passed. Wtf are you talking about SRW? Stop trying to insult me. For one it's my opinion, and two I'VE NEVER said I could beat the stages. I'm saying they are easy compared to the older Sasuke stage 3 (Specifically 14-15) and many people agree with me. You're an idiot, so just stop replying to me. I can't even say one thing without being flamed by you. The reason I posted that was to explain my earlier reasoning incase someone took it the wrong way. I really would like to know how I ever implied I was better than any of them. That's obviously not what I was going for, so before accusing me of something make sure it's actually what I'm doing. Now you just look like an idiot for accusing me of something I never did. Oh, and don't reply to this post, keep it on topic because you've already derailed it twice.
