We're all familiar with UNCLI. But if we were to suggest to form a group from members of this forum, who would be our SASUKE Maniac Forums Cliffers? Say we had to choose 5, since there are 5 UNCLI, who, of our SASUKE trainees, should be chosen for the group? Or is this just a totally far-fetched and pointless idea? lol (After all, it is a late-night rambling on my part) Your opinions?

I think it's pointless, but...
It would obviously have to be members here who have replicas, right? I only know of David and myself who have replicas of the current Cliff Hanger...
Are there more people?

Many have built obstacles I'm sure, but obviously only a select few of them would be part of this site. Although I think I willl build myself a SCH once I move to my new place.
Oti, I remember another topic on here in which you have the precise specifications for the SCH. Would you mind if I used it to build my own? I may not ever be as good as you, but I wish to build it to better myself, (And to impress friends lol).
Also I think SMCLI would be better than SMFCLI

If there aren't enough who have built replicas, then fill the gaps with whoever hasn't. Whoever you believe to be the best get the places, I guess lol
That does seem better. SMCLI it is then lol

Well I made a replica of the gap of the cliffhanger. You can see that here, but it's in pretty crappy quality since it was recorded using my cell phone camera:
I have a larger scale version of the Cliffhanger in my garage that I've been waiting to put out in my yard since around the end of November. But, the cold that suddenly happened, which froze the rock-laden ground around me, and the exams in December have prevented me from finally putting it up.

Oti david Ryan Stratus Shishou Chousen Guy Badalight JapanTV Jason Unclesam Have all built obstacles to my knowledge. I would easily put David and Strat at the top, and right under them Oti and Unclesam. Also sorry if I missed your name. Either I didn't know you built an obstacle or I simply forgot. No hard feelings

I'm only counting people who have complete, full sized replicas. To my knowledge, only David and I have them.
A few people on Youtube do as well, but I don't know them specifically. If they're members here, put them on the list.

Do all of the UNCLI even have complete replicas?
If I'm not mistaken and Nagasawa doesn't, then perhaps that's not an appropriate requirement.

You have a valid point. Perhaps they're allowed in the group because they've trained on others' replicas and proven themselves worthy?

Do all of the UNCLI even have complete replicas? If I'm not mistaken and Nagasawa doesn't, then perhaps that's not an appropriate requirement. To my knowledge only 1 has full replicas that's Matsuda (though he has harder versions of them). Ryo has that glut in his room so it's up to you guys to consider if that qualifies as full replicas. Yamamoto has an even smaller set up in his tiny room. Yuuji and Keita don't have any since they just go over Matsuda's house. Nagasawa is not part of UNCLI - he's the owner of Sky park and yes they are full-sized real life replicas of the obstacles. He's meticulous about being exact. Bunpei and Yamada are the only 2 All-Stars that have Full sized replicas. Shingo just has the ledges around his garage at work. Takeda and Nagano just improvise with their surroundings. Those are the ones off the top of my head that have obstacles. If I think of more I'll post but I think this is it in terms of the "famous" ones.

I would only consider things like the Sky Park to be real replicas. If the dimensions aren't correct, it's not the same and therefore, not a valid replica.
But by that logic, David doesn't have one. If I remember correctly, his first ledge is way too short.

Why don't we use another obstacle? I mean, there are the UNCLIs, there are the FinCliffers... Spider Walk anyone? Just an idea, tho. The Cliff Hanger is fine . I now have got the incredible total of...three obstacles. I'm definitely NOT on the list.

I don't even get the point of all these cliffers, myself. I mean... it's not even that hard of an obstacle.

Well to be fair.. the cliffers have existed long before the SCH and they don't only train on those obstacles. Considering that some of them have been together for over 7 years now.. it's more of a solidarity of friends more than anything. They've gotten famous for making the Muscle Park course look easy. And considering that it wasn't until Takeda beat the damn thing in Sasuke 21 it was only the Cliffers who beat it regularly at Muscle Park.

Oti: Stratus has a full scale replica of the shin cliff-hanger, and a pretty good replica of the globe grasp.
He also has a bit of an excuse considering his current living conditions.
