Fantastic Please post any tech questions and I'm sure someone can help. Chackpop the guys are trying to help those that can't pay with the livestream links. On the 1st they will be listed (as they were with Sasuke Navi).

*grumbles something about Flash 9 and his preferred internet browser* Once I get that sorted out, I'll hopefully be in the clear. BTW, my URL is: www.livest ream.com/captobvious

Don't stream from your browser, download the procaster.

Well, I've got podcaster, livestream, mixtream, and wist going, but I seem to be streaming a blank screen instead of video for any part of the screen showing video. All other things in the view area seem to be showing up fine. Anyone got any ideas?

Alright, got my setup "working". Tomorrow, I work on getting it over 10 FPS! That should be a full screen problem, IIRC. Send a message to jams and see if they had this same issue.

When I streamed Navi I left the WIST at its native 360x240. I haven't tried streaming in full screen yet. The only problem I had was with livestream not capturing the video and just showing a blank screen. To fix that I had to adjust my video card's hardware acceleration settings, which I mention in the second post of the WIST guide. sasukemaniac.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=s24&action=display&thread=1760If it plays fine on your end it could be a bandwidth issue. I believe they recommend at least 700kbps upload for a good quality stream. I would also make sure you close all non-critical processes in your task manager and see if that helps.

Yeah, after messing with a few things and even setting up my own computer with only critical processes running, I can't seem to get above 10 FPS or 120 kbps, and if I do it's only a few minutes before ProCaster shuts off and gives me two error messages: (1) Unable to reach the intended FPS (2) "You have a serious hardware problem".
I'm thinking bandwidth is my limiting factor, so unless someone has brilliant insight, any stream by me may need to be last-resort-only.

My stream has been tested and always gets 25FPS and i've seen as high as 900kbps. Get there early to use mine, I'll be entertaining the crowd while we wait.

By the way, tvants TBS stream seems to be NTV right now and I can't find TBS anywhere else. Can anyone confirm this?

Tvants Japan>TBS isn't actually TBS. For whatever reason, the streams tend to shuffle names with each other. If TBS is there, it will probably be under a different name. You can tell by comparing it to the keyhole stream (which will always be right). Tvants is about 1-2 behind keyhole.

Why is keyholes TBS stream different than Tvants japan>TBS stream? Because the TBS stream on tvants is NOT TBS...it's NTV I think. sucks...
