Let me get through all the singing tonight, and I'll seriously consider it. I'm sorry, I can't do it. Too much music happening this weekend.

Rock on y'all. Ok, got my WIST and it works well. I've never used livestream.com before though. I can spend the time to figure it out, but if someone who's used it already knows what to do, I'd appreciate the "Livestream for dummies" quick tutorial...your payment will be another stream of Sasuke. Thanks. Signup, download the procaster. Install the procaster, log in. Pick Desktop Audio and Video as the media source. I HIGHLY SUGGEST you go into the procaster settings and DISABLE all mouse tracking/highlighting features. Otherwise the cursor and an ugly yellow circle will be on top of the video, and it's distracting and stupid. Once it's initially set up, click "Go Live" or "Start Broadcasting" or whatever it's called. At this point, you'll either want the TBS stream playing, or you'll want to start it. Then use the little Procaster toolbar at the bottom to zoom in explicitly into the stream video. You may want to disable/unplug/mute any microphones (if relevant), otherwise you'll annoy all the viewers of your stream .

Whats the picture quality gonna be like viewing from a WIST stream?
I'm seeing it my own way in good quality but if that goes down for whatever reason what will the quality be like on this programme to view?

Well we used it for 23 and it was in good quality, occasional fluttering but nothing to complain about.

The window is small but it's smooth unlike KeyHole. I thought it was great

I double size it in VLC and it still looks absolutely gorgeous. The direct frame rate is great as long as your internet connection can keep up.

Sweet. My livestream is good to go. Unless something unexpected comes up I'll be broadcasting the Navi tomorrow evening at www.livestream.com/niftycrackers . See you there!

We should remember to use the forum's chat room so we don't slow down the livestreams.

That's a good idea. That way all viewers can chat together instead of being split into multiple rooms.

That's a good idea. That way all viewers can chat together instead of being split into multiple rooms. Well be careful of what you say then.. you got to watch how far ahead you are... As for my streaming. If all the rooms fill up someone say something in the SMF chat and I will boot up livestream and stream, if not needed I'll just watch.

Usually the people farthest along are the ones that have Keyhole up knowing that everyone else is using... not Keyhole.
The streams seemed to be pretty close together for Navi anyway though so that was good.

Yeah, all within 20 seconds or so. It's not even such a big deal if it gets spoiled 20 secs early in the chat, because we'll be seeing it all anyway.

Btw while we had a test during Navi I did notice something that might become a problem for Sasuke 24. We need more people to buy WIST and host themselves. For Sasuke 23 we had 200 people in rooms (not including people who had their own streams, i.e. watching Keyhole by themselves and even having their own pay service). We've grown a lot since then and I suspect at least that number or even more. We need more people to step up and get their own streams (not overload Jason - please don't ask him he's already at capacity) and broadcast their own channels. This is the only way we will get everyone to be able to see it on Friday. If more don't show up we will have the same problem as last year and a lot of people will be locked out of the rooms because of capacity issues.

If it wasn't $30.00 I could get away with it......same for many others I imagine.
