If Nagano acheived Kanzenseiha in Sasuke 12?

So we all know that Nagano missed achieving kanzenseiha in Sasuke 12 by only a fraction of a second. But, what if he did achieve kanzenseiha in that tournament? Do you think they would've redesigned the tournament to make it look like the redesign in 18 with red mats, or do you think they would've still used the black mats like they did in 13-17 and just significantly change the obstacles there?

Not entirely IMO. Though the majority of obstacles in Shin-Sasuke probably wouldn't be in, I do think that some would be, especially in Stage 3.
