Epic Fails in Sasuke

Okay, here are some of the most epic fails (ways that people have lost) on Sasuke IMO. If you happen to post your own, PLEASE DO NOT POST SASUKE 23-RELATED FAILS!

Anyway, here are some of the most epic fails that I've ever seen on Sasuke:

1. Eiichi Miura in Sasuke 3 (lost on first obstacle)
2. That sumo wrestler who couldn't get out of the water in Sasuke 2 or 3 (not sure which one) after failing the Barrel Climb. Priceless.
3. Shingo Yamamoto in Sasuke 22. No explanation needed---we all know what happened.
4. Guy in suit in Sasuke 17 who forgot to let go of the Circle Slider at the end of this obstacle and tried unsuccessfully in getting the momentum needed to get onto the platform.
5. Kazuhiko Akiyama in Sasuke 9. Once again, no explanation needed.
6. Hang Glider Man in Sasuke 16---he was able to beat the Rolling Log only so he could fail the Bridge of Blades.
7. Yasuo Aoki in every competition that he's been in.
8. Paul Anthony Terek in Sasuke 17. 91-kilogram guy+Cliff Hanger=splash in less than 3 seconds.
9. Guy in Sasuke 5 who tripped over the Jump Hang's trampoline and into the water. Quite possibly one of my favorite Sasuke fails of all time.
10. Guy in either Sasuke 20 or 21 who (I think) trained the Japanese Olympic gymnastics team and ended up slipping into the water immediately at the starting line---he didn't even reach the steps!
11. Pants guy in Sasuke 19, LOL.
12. #3 in Sasuke 18 (aka the lady who let go of the Rope Glider after like a second).
13. Katsumi Yamada in most Sasukes, though especially 6, 10, (both of which he fell off of the platform at the end of Stage 3) and 15 (fell off side of Stage 1 following the Cross Bridge).
14. Koji Yamada in Sasuke 17 (HINT: You can't grab the Metal Spin with one arm).
15. That one guy (can't remember his name or competition, though I believe it was somewhere around Sasuke 11? ) who wasted too much time "showboating" to the crowd on Stage 1 and ended up running out of time just short of the buzzer. What a fool.
16. Some other guy in one of the Shin-Sasuke competitions between 19 and 22 (sorry that I can't remember specifics) who squeezed an apple until it broke at the starting line and then failed the Sextuple Step.
17. Guy who made one of the Wall Lifting walls fall on his stomach in one of the earliest competitions...this is shown during the fast-forward of Stage 2 of this competition on G4. Now seriously, how could you possibly do that by mistake?

Those are all of the ones that I can brainstorm for now. Maybe I'll list more tomorrow if I can think of some other epic fails in Sasuke.

What about the guy in Sasuke 7 who rolled the rolling log backwards?

Or the guy in Sasuke 8 (name was Hosoe something...he's a conductor.) who slipped into the water the moment he started.

Anyone in Sasuke that takes the rolling log with them when they fall.

Any of the joke competitor attempts.

@ 17. Well it is only the 2nd competition (correct me if I'm wrong) that happened, so I guess some competitors didn't know how to attempt it well and weren't used to it.

I believe that "guy" you're referring to in 15 is Toyohisa Ijima, and don't forget his run in 14 (although his run was digested so we don't know how he did on the other obstacles.)

Didn't that happen in SASUKE 22 as well? I can't remember who it was, but as the attempted the JS, a camera man toppled over in slow motion on the replay behind them.

How about Shingo in Sasuke 4? For some reason he tried to hop onto the balance bridge rather than run across it. It looked to me like he fell right on that piece of wood that was sticking up in the middle and landed on a, um, sensitive spot. I get the feeling he was moving V-E-R-Y carefully for a while.

Junichi Miyashita - (though the double fail video was taken down ) He was the Olympic Swimmer.

The one that Rod and Yam are talking about is the guy that tried to take off his pants but got them wrapped around his ankles back in Sasuke .. was that 19? and not only fell but also took the camera guy with him.

The pants guy, his name is Mitsuhiro Okitani, and he's a radiologist. Of course, he solved the problem by using tear-away pants in Sasuke 20.

Other epic fails: how about Yamamoto in Sasuke 16 and his horrendous Jump Hang attempt that ended with his legs hitting the water as he grabbed the net.

Or Naoki Iketani in Sasuke 21 - complete flip over the Flying Chute = graceful, yet epic fail.

With #15, Ijima had NO idea he was gonna get tht far, and he was doing his thing, hes always done that before every obstacle, when he got to the wall he was like, Oh damn, i might clear!

That guy from 8 that test the trampoline on the jump hang like david did for the jumping spider buth then when he accually tried the obstacle he hit the orange pading and fell straight into the water

I was impressed with Shingo's jump in 16. He didn't hit the trampoline at all, he hit the padding. Most people would have done a belly-flop, but Shingo is so good at jumping (he did long-jump in high school) that he still got across, although he jumped too low and his feet hit the water.

That one wasn't exactly epic to me. Really, Akiyama's height is what killed him in 17. He couldn't jump high enough.

Yeah, I remember that one! I think that happened in 9. The expression on her face when she came out of the water was priceless, too!

And I think the same exact kind of failure happened to Ishimaru in 14. And his reaction was also kinda hilarious.
