Simple question, but in your opinion, which First Stage was harder:
SASUKE 20 or SASUKE 22?

20/22 steps=steps log grip>circle hammer pole maze<log grip JS=JS HPA=HPA WW=WW FC<SJ TR=TR RL=RL
20:1 22:2 equal:6 So,22 is tougher.

22 if only because of the Slider Jump.

Scnoi probably the only reason I didn't post some thread about this is I really never watch sasuke 20 lol
How do so many people fail the flying chute in 20? It looks incredibly tame and the one in 18 looks like it hurt more. I understand you can still lose time on it by hanging but that didn't happen to too many people that tournament.
22 had the damn slider jump and the net to waste time. I'm goin with 22 only by a gnat's wing.

You know that I have to say Sasuke 20 primarily due to the worse results.

I just posted this same thing about 20 yesterday, but there was a crapload of silly mistakes in 20. 22 was harder.

Okuyama was the only one to clear both versions of this First Stage. In SASUKE 20 he cleared with 7.31 seconds left, while in SASUKE 22 he cleared with 3.33 seconds. Therefore 22 was harder.

Yea, time-wise, there is no doubt that SASUKE 22 is stricter. However, with things like the Jumping Spider, 20's Half-Pipe Attack, and the Flying Chute, it definitely was hard. Meanwhile, 22 had the JS, SJ, and time as the most important factors.

Lets do this correctly... 20 22 Steps = Steps Circle < Maze LG > LG JS < JS HPA >> HPA Wall = Wall Chute < SJ Time < Time
3 point to 20 4 points to 22. Thus 22 is harder.

Because your opinion is "correctly". I'm going with 20. It was still so new that people weren't able to do that well on it. By 22, we're used to it.

I thought they lowered it by 10 seconds somewhere in there?

120 seconds in 22 isn't the same as 120 seconds in 20.
Circle Hammer and Slider Jump take a lot more time than the Chute or Pole Maze.

You can do the circle hammer just as fast as you can do the pole maze, I really see no difference between them 'cause you can get caught up and stay there all day like Yamada in 19 or you can blaze through both of them.

How is the pole maze fasteR? It's possible to do it fast, but same with the circle hammer. And people who have been slow on the pole maze have been much slower than those on the circle hammer.

Again, sheep, you're wrong. It all depends on who's doing which obstacle. Um... Yeah. What those guys above me said.

It depends on whether you're saying it was harder at the time, for those competitors, or just an absolute measure of difficulty. The competitors had gotten more used to most of the new obstacles by 22, so even with a couple new ones they still did better than in 20. Still think 22 was harder though.
