..... and Hirata Atushi had completed the first stage how far would he have gotten in Stage Two? Do you think he could have completed it?

Takuya Kawahara would have still timed out on the Rope Ladder.
For Hirata, it's really hard to tell. Would all rely on if he had the technique to clear the Salmon Ladder. He obviously had the strength but no one will ever know if he would have the technique. The guy was clearly fast enough, so I doubt time would be any factor.

So? so what? We never even saw the guy run it so we don't know how close he was. Okay, so, Hirata the Boxer is really fun to watch I will say. The biggest contributing factors to his time out were his spider walk and his slow jog over to the half pipe attack. 120 seconds It's just a damn shame that everyone else was so damn unlucky. 19 really isn't a course that's so damn hard no one would ever have the combination of skills to pass stage 1 AND the second obstacle of 'Daiini' stage. There was like a black cloud over Midoriyama that day and Nagano could've made stage 1-3 look easy.

Venus: we saw how much time he had left upon reaching the rope ladder.
So add 5 seconds to that and then you can judge if he would've or wouldn't have passed stage 1.
I don't have the screencap, but I'm sure someone does. In 20 it briefly showed him on the rope ladder.
So yes, we do know how close he was.

He had about 3 seconds when he made it there in 19, add 5 seconds to that and he has 8. So no, he still wouldn't have cleared.
