*NOTE: Not a contest anymore.*
Welcome to the 2009 SASUKE Course Design Contest! Since I've been rounding up old obstacle courses I've drawn lately, I decided to see how they stack up against your ideas.
There will be five basic categories: Best SASUKE 24 Course (based off of SASUKE 23 with new obstacles) Best Modified Obstacles Course (SASUKE/VIKING/KUNOICHI obstacles but you can mix & match and modify the obstacles) Best Classic Course (using old obstacles from SASUKE and making new/modified ones at around the same difficulty/style) Best All-Created Course (all obstacles must be made by you) Best Extreme Course (must have some SASUKE/VIKING/KUNOICHI obstacles, no stage limits, and note the word "EXTREME".)
Plus there will be a bonus category: Best Created Obstacle.
I'll enter a lot of mine, which means the long-anticipated release of Kaizo SASUKE plus a lot of my old obstacle courses too (I have at least 100 of them). However, I am going to ask that if you make up an obstacle, please give an image of some sorts (hand drawn, MS Paint, etc.) so that we know what you're talking about.
Voting will be when we get enough entries.
GOOD LUCK! and HAVE FUN!

Finally, I've made a visual representation of my Hand Bridge obstacle. Hope you all consider it a good candidate for Best Created Obstacle! Also, I'll most likely be posting more on this topic another time. Right now, I just felt like starting off this thread on a positive note.

I don't really know what that is, let's just count it for both.

Gavo: Wouldn't a log grip you stand on just be the normal one but easier? Because technically you could still grab onto it like normal, except this time you have the option to grab the top.

Pipe Jump (basically a shortened/easier version of the Pipe Slider except that you have to jump for the pipe using a trampoline): I plan to eventually make an entire course once I visually show what all of my own obstacles look like.

Here's my Extreme entry... REVOLUTIONWatch carefully. Not everything is a "stage". Stage 1 1:30 1. Rokudantobi 2. Buragasari Maruta (1-2 style) 3. Rope Swing 4. Triple Jump (from Sheep's sims)* 5. Skywalk (there are eight pegs at the bottom for a foothold) 6. Long Jump (Rapid Descent without the logs) 7. Giant Slope (from Celebrity Viking, I think) *Supersheep says you can use his obstacles, but please don't take credit for them Challenge (just need to complete the obstacle to advance) Jump Hang Stage 2 2:00 1. Barrel Climb 2. Rolling Log (5-12) 3. Brick Climb 4. Odama (a little longer to the platform) 5. Dance Bridge 6. Crooked Wall 7. Warped Wall 8. Log Grip 9. Sky Ladder Stage 2.5 2:00 1. Salmon Ladder (if the competitor falls off they just fall into foam bricks and they can climb up the notches and try from where they left off) Stage 3 (KUNOICHI stage) 3:00 1. Super Jump 2. Dancing Stones 3. Windmill Cross 4. Flying Pillar (button at the beginning of the Windmill Cross) 5. Barrel Roll 6. Survival Climb (from K8's Final Stage, WAY shorter) ** 7. Balance Bridge (Kunoichi) 8. Slippery Slope 9. Hop Rocket (K3) 10. Escape Pole (K2) **At the end of this obstacle there is a button. If the competitor hits this button and fails the stage, they may try again from that spot with 1:00 on the clock. NOTE: Starting here, if a competitor fails a stage (not a challenge), they may get a second chance. Stage 4 3:00 1. Pole Bridge (Pillar Path in the US) 2. Propellor Bars 3. Hang Move (Chain Swing in the US) 4. Pincushion (Eye of the Needle in the US) 5. Arm Bike 6. Arm Rings Challenge Bio Clock (from Viking) Stage 4.5 1:00 1. Cone Jump 2. Log Slope 3. Circle Slider 4. Rope Reverse 5. Reverse Fly The rest will be posted later.

*Supersheep says you can use his obstacles, but please don't take credit for them How am I supposed to know if I have any obstacles similar to his if I can't get onto his sims?

Half-pipe Attack 6.) *New Obstacle* Broken Warped Wall- Exactly the same as the current Warped Wall except a 1 meter-long chunk has been taken out of the very bottom of the curve. Stage 2- same as 23
Stage 3- 1.) Arm Rings + 2.) Descending Globe Grasp 3.) Devil Steps 4.) Shin-Cliff Hanger 5.) Descending Propeller Bars + 6.) Hang Climbing + 7.) Spider Flip 8.) Gliding Ring
Final Stage- Same as 23

But Nagano DID compete in the Christmas Eve Party, remember? He fell on the Descending Ornament Grasper. That inspired me to make a SASUKE Christmas course. First Day of Christmas... er... Stage 1. Santa Hat Jump (Cone Jump) 2. Rolling Log (logs in the fire?) 3. Advent Calendar (Dance Bridge) 4. Wreath Slider (Circle Slider) 5. Christmas Lights Hang (Jump Hang) 6. Sleigh Wall (Warped Wall) 7. You'll Chute Your Eye Out (Flying Chute, but with that slide from A Christmas Story) 8. (can't think of the word) Climb (Rope Climb) ^Can anyone think of the word? It's that stringy sparkly stuff you put on a Christmas tree. Second Stage 1. 2. 3. Present Walk (Spider Walk) 4. 5. 6. Third Stage 1. Rumbling Present (Rumbling Dice) 2. Descending Ornament Grasper (Lamp Grasper) 3. Wrapping Paper Cling 4. Ribbon Hanger (Cliff Hanger) 5. Tree Branches (Jumping Bars) 6. 7. Christmas List Flip (Spider Flip) 8. Yes, I realize I didn't include very many religious items, and I feel bad for not doing so, but I'd rather not get into a religious debate. STILL more later
